I’ve been coming back to this place quite a few times. The location is just perfect to enjoy meals or just a quick bite.

Nice atmosphere and friendly vibe. This restaurant is situated right on the river bank of Swan River near Elizabeth Quay.

Great coffee and great food. Extensive menu. Staffs are friendly. It could get busy at certain times. Very popular especially with tourists. Fully recommended!

Had an amazing long lunch at this cafe with my girlfriends, we managed to order quite a few items from the menu and aren’t we glad we came as a group! Top favourites were the garlic prawns with chili cream sauce served with rice (so tasty!), the vermicelli salad (perfect combo of all the fresh bits, make sure to get that perfect bite), crispy skin barramundi (so fresh with that crisp skin, we secretly wished we ordered double serve) and the chilli mussels (which we did order double serve, thank goodness).. we ordered a couple more dishes and appetizers but i’m not gonna mention those as it wouldn’t be fair to the favourites. Cauliflower bites, gotta order them, a favourite among the meat eaters surprisingly.. Finished off our full bellies with more cocktails and mocktails but nothing beats a smooth iced coffee made with perfect strength to soothe that food coma.. Overall, totally recommend to come with a couple of friends/family or you may miss out tasting the favourites items on the menu..

Found this gorgeous cafe bar restaurant on a recent trip. Fabulous location, really helpful staff, terrific food and wonderful portions. We came here 3 times in our week and it was perfect each time. They have blankets, board games and coffee table books to keep you entertained though I just looked at the view. Clean bathrooms. Thank you for such a warm welcome.

Had smashed avocado and eggs on toast. Stunning breakie. Would of got 5 stars for service if I hadn't of had to remind them of the item they missed off the order. All in all, great food.

The service and food is amazing. As soon as we got here we came here for breakfast 2 days in a row. In my opinion I would rate this restaurant 999999 out of 10

I had a delightful breakfast experience at the Riverside Cafe, Bar, and Restaurant. The serene ambiance by the Swan river, coupled with the friendly staff, created a perfect start to my day. Top meal, nestled amongst high end hotel, the quality and value was right up there. Super friendly staff. Had the eggs Benny and mushrooms, set us up well for 400km drive home. Good work!

Great coffee, great food & gret location.
Morning coffee & feed went down perfectly, matched with nice weather made the outdoor seating feel perfectly right.
Some of the music played at the time was a little inapropriate for kids but when asked to change it the change was made.

We had a really enjoyable breakfast. The Grande was massive and the smashed avo was yummy. We ordered extra sides so we could share with our kids and the serves were large. The staff were all friendly, very helpful and nothing was a hassle. Lovely little spot on the river.

Went to the riverside cafe for Mother’s Day breakfast, had a great breakfast all meals were cooked well and were hot. Sat outside on the outside decking with a view of the river which was nice and they had outdoor heating. Customer service was fantastic. Great servers and not a long wait time for food. Will visit again.

The coffee tastes like just what I need followed by a fantastic atmosphere of the river and the people. Staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, I always feel welcome here and the food is quality every time.
They also do a great spicy Bloody Mary!

This restaurant is situated on the Barack Jetty. A beautiful spot very close to the Rottnest Island ferries.
The staff are all very friendly. You can order and pay at the bar and your food and drinks will be brought out to you.
We enjoyed the food and staff so much we went back the next day specially.

A perfect restaurant which I highly recommend.
I came from NSW for a casual trip. Went for a Swan river cruise and then the next day went for Pinnacles, Sunset and Night time stargazing trip all at Barack street. This restaurant is right next to Captain Cook Cruises and also close to Australian Pinnacle tours office.

Friendly staff and very helpful.
Had coffee in the morning and then Banana bread at 2 pm along with the beer haha. Didn’t have enough time but could have spent the evening at the restaurant 😊🥳

I didn’t have time to have lunch, but definitely would recommend the cafe. It’s very spacious.

At Riverside Cafe, we recently hosted a memorable birthday party for a friend, and our experience was truly exceptional. The owner thoughtfully arranged a long table in a charming enclosed area with partial river views and a serene jetty. We explored their entre and appetizer selection, and every dish left a lasting impression. The Vietnamese prawn salad, Barramundi, prawn pizza, chicken wings and cauliflower buffalo sauce bites were absolute standouts. The chilled mussels, served with generous slices of Turkish bread, were delightful.

The attention to detail was evident with our coffees, beautifully decorated with swan motifs, a nod to the elegant black swans on the Swan River. And let's not forget the red velvet cake; it was incredibly soft and satisfying.

The cocktail and mocktail offerings were exceptional, crafted with care and presented with style.

What truly made Riverside Bistro shine was their outstanding service. The staff graciously allowed us to personalize our area with balloons and banners, adding a special touch to our celebration. They even designated a space for birthday gifts and provided a big jar of refreshing tap water for our convenience.

Riverside Cafe also enjoys a convenient location right at the Cat Bus Blue bus stop, making it easy for us to catch a train home after our celebration.

The servers and waiting staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist us. They helped capture our special moments with photos and ensured our celebration went smoothly.

In conclusion, Riverside Bistro surpassed our expectations, making our celebration truly memorable. If you're in search of a great venue to host an event or enjoy a special day with a loved one, this is a highly recommended option. We give it a solid 5-star rating!"

I highly recommend the mushroom medley,Best mushrooms for breakfast i ever had

I commend the chef for the crispy bacon and home made bubble and squeak in the breakfast burger

That and the picalo kept me going for the rest of the day

It's resturant food alright, I had the pork belly and they went to a lot of effort, with a balsamic reduction, an interesting chef made apple sauce..its not just " whatever with chips" Good spot to watch the water too, nice people

Really lovely place to stop for drinks. Had some chips and a couple of cocktails during a hot day. Staff were great and the food/drinks turned up very quickly. Will be back.

Upmarket cafe by the waters at the jetty that served delicious food. Tried the risotto with mushroom ragout, pan seared barramundi and mushroom arancini. All beautifully plated and well done. Paired with a refreshing glass of hunky dory white wine, you get a very satisfying lunch indeed!
