I have made a total of 3 purchases from this store so far but one purchase exceeded expectations. When only 1 out of 2 items arrived at my door I thought to myself "Well that's not right. The tracking match so they should be in one package." I immediately contact them and they state that the package was meant to be placed aside on Thursday to find the last item before shipping out, but looks like the guys packing missed that.

So what do they do? They find the item and deliver it themselves to my door, no extra charge. Can't be mad about that.

Put my preorder for the Charizard premium collection. Shipped the day before and arrived the day after, even included fragile tape which was a nice touch to ensure the contents were not damaged. Will be purchasing from Titan in the future! 😁

One of the last old school styled video rental stores in Perth. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great opening hours, open to 9pm every night.

Their selection of DVDs and Blu-rays is huge and very impressive. They also have a small selection of 4K Blu-rays available. The staff check every disk prior to being rented and give them a quick clean/buff where needed. So far we haven't had any playback issues.

Nice selection of yummy treats and a small collection of pop culture related merchandise available near the counter. Some of these treats and merchandise might be a little over priced.

One of the surprising finds is that they sell fancy candles which crackle like a large fire when they burn. Probably the best candles we've used.

Rare and precious! One of the last video stores in the city! Good, old DVDs and Blue Ray. Games. The friendliest staff in the world! Affordable prices, cheap Tuesdays (New releases) and Thursdays (weeklies). Lollies, chocolates, gifts! Big carpark, fast food restaurants nearby. Must see!
