A male staff is unprofessional.

Completely unreliable operating hours. Tried to pick up items on various days and times only to find they were closed. Unfortunately the item I was trying to collect was a live specimen that died! Door says open Saturdays, was not open Saturday, door hours open 6am, did not open until 7am. Amazon says open until 5pm, they told me in messenger they close at 4! Logged a support ticket with DHL and Amazon to remove them as a pick up agent.

Don't know why DHL continues to use such a useless provider. Opening hours online said it opened on Saturday from 6am. Went there and found out it had been handwritten changed to opening from 12pm. Came back at 12pm and no one opening. Facebook messaged the company and was told he would "be there at 1". Don't bother with this place if you can help it.

Very rude staff. DHL advised it closes at 5:00 pm, but they close at 4pm. The staff in the shop but very rude telling me they close and stop looking at me

F DHL and the shop staffs are very rude!
DHL gave the wrong timing, they close at 3pm instead of 5pm. At 3:04 the door was locked, but staff were in there. Told me closed then proceeded to not speak or look at me. :) thanks!

Arrived at 6.02am (I thought they opened at 5:30 but the sign on the door said 6am) man behind the counter ignores me so I knocked he put up six fingers ie we open at 6am.... it’s 6:02 I said through the crack of the door......he ignored me and carried on working fillings shelves then went out the back. Eventually another man arrived and knocked (he was an employee) he finally opened the door at 6.07am telling me there is a lot to do before he opens...... I had been at work since 4am and left to pick up a parcel that had been left there the day before. He was extremely rude and arrogant. Maybe he should get up earlier😡 Better still get out of the service industry.

DHL pick up location, said it will close until 7:00pm, however, it is closed 5:00. And only open for weekday, do not be mislead by DHL website information.

What a joke. Website says closed at 7pm M-F, showed up at 4:20pm and closed. Door advises closed 5pm.

Have attended before and the bloke who seems to own it is unbearably rude. How is this place still open?!

Ive been waiting outside since 6am. It’s now 620am and no one is here... looks like from the other review this place opens/closes whenever it feels like it

The place closed before 4pm every day for a week that I tried to pick up my parcel, and the staff were very very rude. How is this place still in business... Would not recommended getting anything delivered here

Echoing other comments about time. They open and close at their own pleasure. Don't bother making the trip.

It’s clearly stated on the door that it closes at 5 , went there at 4.35 and it’s closed , nonsense

Pick up location, yet agency shuts at crazy early hours which makes it hard to pick up parcel🙁🙁

Designated parcel pick up point - closes whenever he feels like it.
