Harmony Newsagency & Subiaco East Post Office

Great service. Contacted via Facebook page and requested a parcel be held until I could get back to Perth. Responded promptly and held the parcel for an extra week. Appreciated the great service given the state of logistics services in this country at the moment.

Best place for all postage and stationary needs, Nigel and the team there, will see you right, with a friendly smile and helpful suggestion. The lotto's very good there as well ! - Support local, family businesses. ...and yes, I am a real customer , real human , genuine comment and unrelated.

It is always a good experience going to harmony newsagency. Nigel the boss man is one interesting, eccentric humourous good man. The best thing about him is his staff always have a good sense of humour.
The newsagency is also a post office, major bank agent except NAB, convenience store and tobacconist. The convenience of that one shop in East Subiaco is second-to-none.
I now have added some photos which give exactly what the news agency contains within, another photo has the opening and closing days and times. Funnily enough who should come out, Nigel. Ask me why I was taking photos which I replied they're going on Google maps. Just to show you I am a man of my word.

Has become my local for proximity to work. Staff are always helpful and friendly; I have never had a bad experience in store.

My experience here was absolutely amazing the old man and lady helped me fill out a mail to send home both were kind and smiling.

Nigel and the team should be commended, their level of customer service is second to none and I now I refuse to go anywhere else. It's refreshing to find a post office that isn't run by slow, brain-dead zombies.

Doesn’t show a lot of customer service. Every other post office I’ve been too they help with returning items - ie closing the package and sticky taping the labels etc . This guy just tossed me aside and said for me to do it myself ..

The old man that works here (English accent) is incredibly rude. It was my first time using this post office as I am new to the area, and after my experience I will NEVER go back to this post office again, due to the male staff members behaviour. He has absolutely no customer service skills and made me feel very uncomfortable as I was made to feel as though I was being told off.

Thought I'd walked into a set on Faulty Towers, hard to believe the rudeness of the man behind the counter. Simply wanted to send a parcel and his attitude implied he didn't want a bar of it.

Old bloke needs to retire has to be the grumpiest and unhelpful guy to ever work in a post office.

Went to pick up a parcel that was kindly redirected from my apartment building and have never had more rude customer service.
