Got a couple of Stanley tumblers here, very nice lady at the cashier nearby! Good and free public toilets as well (even though some guests can be a bit disgusting). Will definitely come again!

I want to express special thanks to Arlene in the Christmas/market section for helping me out. Every year I get a hamper box for my Aunt and I was worried as custom hampers weren’t being advertised.
Arlene not only got me the biggest box and packed it up beautifully, she also knew where everything in the section was, could recommend gluten free products and never made me feel like an inconvenience on a busy night.
Also a special thanks to Mars who, though he was new, helped out when I came back for a second box for my grandparents.
I hope corporate can give these employees an extra thanks this Christmas season.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from the 3 salespeople that assisted me in the menswear area today. I came away with a great haul of well-fitting, good looking gear. Shops like this are why in-store shopping can't be beaten for clothing & footwear.

Mary from the perfume department who helped us with marc jacob’s perfume was the nicest most helpful employee i have come across. Not only did she help us pick one that we loved but gave great customer service and made it the most enjoyable experience

After leaving Myer due to poor/ non-existent customer service, I was relieved when I walked into the store and a lovely lady, Jane, approached me and asked how she could help me. All within 45 seconds of me entering the store. She was warm, humorous and helpful. Thank you Jane 😊

I highly recommend the styling experience at David Jones. My wardrobe was in desperate need of an update. Chontel really listened to my wants and needs (particularly my no ironing rule!) and yet gently encouraged me to try new things. I dont like clothes shopping for myself and was just hoping the whole thing would be as painless as possible. Luckily Chontel is a real professional and the experience was truly enjoyable. I wont hesitate to go back when my wardrobe needs a refresh.

Lovely place lovely people lovely stuff, I basically went to pick up Yvresse by YVES SAINT LAURENT and also ended up getting the "Y" by YSL as well. Customer service was good to the point that they also gave me 5 other samples to try on.

Love David Jones. Especially their food hall. So much variety all in one place. Sit and enjoy a quiet coffee and sweet treat or spoil someone with a gift pack from the many displays. Always a stop in place when I’m in the city

Christmas is here, what beautiful displays, alot of European decorations something different to see.

First time in years at this store. Lady welcomed us into store then helped us navigate our way through to Xmas decorations. She was lovely and very helpful.

Had fabulous service in Witchery and Country Road Women's Wear a few days ago. So nice to walk in and have somebody help me find some new jeans that suit me.
I also had two very helpful ladies in Cosmetics and Shoes show me where the lift is when I was carrying my toddler and pushing the pram. Wonderful service.
