Wonderful traditional Devonshire tea, we've tried many cafes across the state during our travels, only to be disappointed again & again, if you love loose leaf tea, freshly baked scones, home made jam & real cream, then I'd highly recommend a visit. The jam was available for sale so we grabbed a couple of jars to enjoy later 🙂

Terrific cafe- warmly welcoming and helpful to a family group with an infant, and HOME MADE (!!) gluten free food. Most of their menu items are actually gluten free! And without the usual higher purchase cost.
GF Devonshire Tea is even on the menu - surely the only GF scones to be found in Tasmania.
What a pleasure to be readily accomodated without worry. Thank you!

Love it. Lots of gluten free and dietary options if you ask 😊 little antique store and warm fireplace. Friendly service.

At first the atmosphere is suffocatingly tense, given how little noise there was. This sensory deprivation meant that the home-made food tasted phenomenal. Staff were accommodating & the ceiling is SO tall.
Loved it

Great range of local wood work. Had previously purchase ex wine barrel bench which could be taken apart to fit in vehicle. Now 4 years old still great. Coffee good also.

Quiet cosy cafe, friendly, happy staff. The meals were just delicious and the cold brewed ice coffee was the best I have had!

We were looking for a place that wasn't packed to avoid covid and we found a gem. The food was divine as were the drinks; the owner was friendly; and the staff courteous. Will definitely return here when we come back to Tassie.

Gluten free heaven. Real burger buns with a dome! Real full mince char grilled beef burgers! Best burger I’ve had in 20 years. My hubby isn’t GF and had a burger too and was raving about it. Better than any swish Eastern Suburbs Eatery in Sydney. The timber crafts and local hand made goods joined to the cafe are better than Salamanca Markets and cheaper.

The best Devonshire tea we had around Tasmania. There was also a huge range of gluten and dairy free options that tasted amazing. Highly recommended.

Lovely atmosphere, courteous friendly staff and fresh healthy choices which are often a challenge to find. Recommend the rice paper rolls. Freshly made and delicious. Good for a stop on the road.

One of the best cafees in Tassie. Great food and coffee. Most recently had a very nice full breakfast at a reasonable price. The arts and crafts section adjoining has excellent Tassie made products.

Set in a building from the early 1800's this arts, handicrafts - with an emphasis on woodwork - and coffee stop is a fascinating find on the main street in Campbell Town. Great coffee without the rush of others in the township.

A very friendly and comfortable place to sit on super comfortable leather lounges by the fire and have a hot generous bowl of soup (the one with roasted parsnip for me!)
Then browse through the top quality craft area which specializes in woodwork and unique furniture made from the staves of genuine french oak wine barrels. It's like being welcomed into a large comfortable living room and full meals are available.

Had the nicest gluten free lasagna since being in Italy 1.5 years ago. Highly recommend, well worth the stop!
