Ampol Epping Forest

Have always loved this place, great variety of food, great staff and plenty of parking.

Love their pizza, sandwichs are fresh, apple pies are good too.
We stop for a toilet break and food on our trips from. The east coast to Launceston

They have the yummy foods as well as sandwiches and salads.
So after you get your petrol fill up your tummy for the rest of your ride.
The girls are all lovely too

Busy place to stop, grab some fuel and some bain-marie food. Large drink selection and seating is available is you're that way inclined after a few hours on the road.

Great service and the most delicious food

It's probably the most popular truck stop on the Midlands Highway.
Masses of space out the back for semi trailers. The food is good with in house dining if required but from a take away menu. Nice clean toilets too. The fuel was reasonably priced but be aware that the types of ULP are only 91 and 98 there is no 95 petrol . The good part is that the 98 is priced at about the same as many petrol stations are selling 95 for. Even though it's a very busy site the staff are still friendly .

Recently brought a large pizza whilst travelling. I highly suggest you call ahead and order for you arrival,

Fill up the car and the stomach here if you're doing a long road trip. Nice and clean, bathroom facilities. Food and drinks available here and the sandwiches I had were fresh and delicious. Their hot chips were nice too. It's a good stopping point. Be aware it is a truck stop, so be careful of trucks turning in and coming out.

Friendly staff and easy to access from both sides of the highway.

This is my staple stop between Devonport and Hobart. My absolute favourite here is the deep fried spareribs. As gross as it sounds it is relatively healthy and totally delicious. Always clean and always fast friendly service. Burgers very nice too. Don't forget to check out the truckies memorial wall on the south side edge of the carpark!!

Again, I am reviewing a fuel station because of the food but not the fuel.
This is a place to save you when you are hungry during the drive. The takeaway is so fresh and hot, with relatively cheap price.
