Platypus Shoes

I don’t really know much (or care much) about shoes, but I do care about good service. I was served by the most patient, delightful gentleman today- I believe he said his name was Chun (sorry if that’s wrong!) I had come in close to closing time, and he was generous with his time, helpful and nothing seemed too much bother. He was delightful!! I really want management to know that he goes the extra mile, and is a great staff member! Thank you! :)

recently purchased leather shoes and had a delightful experience at the store. Kristen, Tenzin, and Sarah were incredibly kind and funny, making the shopping process enjoyable. Their excellent service added a positive touch to my buying experience. Thank you guys

Unfortunately didn't find the right size and feel like you should make an effort to order half sizes in for dock martens pls. Despite this I had the pleasure to meet Ayden who would probably deserve a pay raise for his exceptional customer service. What a gem, super kind and very helpful.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Came in to try on some shoes that I was going to buy online but ended up buying in store as the staff helped out my fitting and made it an enjoyable experience.

I found them very good I had a problem with my shoes been delivered and they sort it out very quick I got my shoes fast yesterday which was good
