I would like to take this opportunity to compliment 2 personnels of Hype,Murray St - Ben & Allis (hope i spell his name correctly). They are having take further 50% of sale items and the stall was really crowded. Shoes were everywhere as everyone was grabbing some pairs for themselves. Too good deal to be missed.

Both of them were so patient, helpful & polite. Not only did they help me to get the correct sizes but apologising for the wait in payment queue which was clearly not their fault. They were consistent to all other customers and maintained calm under such pressure. Sincere and no change in facial expression. Understand that the crowd started from the early hours and it wasn’t easy.

Once again, A Big Thank You to Ben & Allis for the excellent customer experience, to me and others. 👍

Just been there yesterday. Had have a lovely talk with guy name Alis. He is a professional and he made my trip special to Perth by making me choose my right pair of shoes. Store looks beautiful and staff is pretty cool. Keep rocking guys
