Adam and the team at Allgem were outstanding from start to finish.

I made a post on Reddit asking for recommendations for local jewellers for our engagement ring, the resounding recommendation was Allgem.

One Saturday we headed in to have a chat with Adam, he was more than happy to answer any questions and being complete novices with jewellery he delved into all the details of metal type, pros and cons as well as information on the diamonds etc. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable.

We did go and check out Tiffany (seeing as Allgem was the only place we looked) but it seemed so cookie cutter and commercial. We wanted something custom that meant something to us from a reputable local jeweller, we were so happy with Adam that we went straight back and asked for a quote.

Within a week we had the quote and had sent through the deposit.

Seeing as I went in with my partner for her to choose the ring she knew exactly what was happening, I had an epiphany that I should probably make it special and surprise her. I called them and asked them to only contact me when the ring was ready. Adam removed all contact details for her from their system and was a complete pro at this. The ring was ready early and they contacted me so it would be a surprise.

Adam and the team delivered an amazing product which we are very happy with, as well as amazing service. If you want a custom piece of jewellery that means something special to you this is the place to go. We would highly recommend Allgem! Thanks team!

Incredible service. Took an antique ring in for a band repair and clean / restore. Craftsmanship was of the highest quality and the speed of service and pricing were excellent.

Wonderful family owned jeweler with unique pieces and fantastic service! My partner searched for months for an engagement ring, something a little different with an opal as the main stone. Adam was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, helped him find THE ring which blew me away. The opal is so dimensional, reflecting different colours in certain lights, and the quality of the ring is amazing, it's truly gorgeous! They were also more than happy to resize the ring a little smaller for me. Cannot recommend enough, will be coming back when its time to get our wedding bands sorted.

The team at Allgem took my mother's opal earrings and recreated them into a stunning white gold ring with twin diamonds. At every step they were so professional and walked us through the various options, always careful to go with how we were feeling. A beautifully hand crafted ring right here in Perth? Excellent!!

I had a wonderful experience with Allgem. It is a lovely shop, friendly staff, and great service. My now fiancé found the business, and based on all the other positive reviews went in, and started the process for picking out a ring for me. Although I did not find a ring in store, the staff took what I had imagined, passed it onto the jeweler, Alfie, and he made me the most beautiful morganite engagement ring. I am awed every time I look down at my custom made ring! I am so happy we found this store! I have had so many people tell what a beautiful ring it is, and it only took a few weeks to be made. I never would have dreamed I would have something so beautiful to call my own, thank you!!

I have since had my now husband’s and my wedding band made from Alfie and the family, and they are both just as amazing and unique as my engagement ring. I have received so many oo’s and ahh’s over my ring pair and I have Allgem to thank! So grateful!

Think it is fair to say that we stumbled across this Gem of a family jeweller by sheer luck. As relatively new to Perth (we hail from Scotland) we are still finding our feet and directions! My husband wanted to gift me a diamond for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we set about visiting diamond merchants and jewellers across the city. We were pretty exhausted and also pretty exasperated by the tone of staff in other stores who clearly disliked our more casual appearance!! It was akin to the shopping scenes from Pretty Woman. I kid you not!!
We were en route back towards our car when we found Allgem, our last stop and from now on our first stop. Fate! We were greeted by Adam who not only took time to show us the beautiful ring collection, but tell us some of the history of the store, the family and the gentleman who made my beautiful ring. We felt at ease thanks to this caring team, were given plenty of time to choose in a no pressure manner and we were given advice on what to look for in both stones and setting. I do not believe we could have chosen any better. It’s a one off trilogy and quite simply perfect!

They have wonderful Jewelry here. I was looking for something special for my GF and SD, I was able to get two beautiful necklaces here. The staff was amazingly helpful and patient. They helped me look through the different options until I found what I was looking for.

Our experience shopping at Allgem has been nothing short of amazing. Adam and the staff go above and beyond for their customers to make sure they are happy. Not only that, but their custom jewellery is beautiful. We purchased both a ruby signet ring and wedding band and could not be happier with the quality and design of both. Couldn’t recommend this jeweller enough!

Bought an exquisite jade bracelet from AllGems a few years ago, and wanted to buy another. I phoned from QLD, Jason is so helpful, he sent me photos of their stock. My husband had a gold gem stone ring made here. We ordered it while visiting our son in Perth in March this year. The ring arrived this week and it is beautiful. We had a first class service from this shop. The jeweller did everything we asked him to do including some engraving and ashes added inside the ring. My husband loves it. We cant thank AllGem enough, would definitely shop there again.

Allgem is a fantastic family jeweller with friendly service and quality products. I have purchased 3 pieces from them in a short period (Engagement + wedding bands). My partner and I got the rings we wanted on both occasions. Can not fault these guys at all. Definitely the jewel in the crown for Perth when it comes to jewellery and service.

From the moment I walked through the door and explained that I needed my engagement, wedding and eternity rings made larger, then explained I needed to find a design for a new ring to encompass a diamond from my grandmother’s engagement ring, I was given Adams full attention. Adam dealt with my emotions well for such a young man and he and the support staff exceeded all my expectations and timelines. My wedding jewellery was returned resized and cleaned and looking like new.
I was consulted, kept informed and understood when it came to the needs and design for the new ring. I picked it up today and was blown away by how it turned out.
Allgem is now the only jewellers for me. Just brilliant, with gratitude.
