A unique, extraordinarily cute shop tucked around the corner of The Crescent on Sayer Street and across from Midland Gate shopping mall. Friendly and quick service. Claire was wonderful and created a beautiful bouquet of flowers as was requested. Colour coordination of the flowers brought smiles and jaws dropped in awe as the bouquet spoke a million words. The birthday recipient was elated when the bouquet was received with exquisite chocolates. When ordering flowers for any occasion, Midland Florist By The Gate tops the list. Reasonably priced with friendly and helpful service.

I received a really beautiful arrangement created by Midland Florist By The Gate from dear friends at the passing of my father. It's almost 2 weeks since I received it and at least 3/4 of the arrangement is still going strong! Photo taken at 8 days doesn't do it justice.

I'm honestly blown away by how great their service was. The flowers were fresh, well priced and beautifully put together. The florist was so lovely to deal with and had no trouble putting together two separate sympathy bouquets on different days at short notice (one of the days being a very busy one already!) And to top it off the florist was just a lovely, warm person in general which was well appreciated while I'm deep in grief. This is the only place I'll ever buy flowers from again!

Claire is freaking amazing. OMG... Last minute I walk in.... "I need red oriental lilies" no small ask with out prior notice half way through the day, not only did Claire source them. She made the most incredible flower arrangement based on a few key things I was able to tell her about my partner, who melted when she got them, Claire will go above and beyond and has a true passion for what she does. If you need something special you can't ask for better than Claire to be at your aid. Amazing thank you Claire 😊😊💙💙

I purchased some flowers from here as a gift for my wife. A good looking bunch that lived for a very long time, easily outlasting any I've bought elsewhere, which was a pleasant surprise :) The lady that runs this is clearly an expert who loves her job. I'll definitely be returning some time soon :)

This florist was exatly what the docor ordered, her warming personality and friendly approach to her customers made my day! (I'm shocking with names) But She was helped me design a bouqet of flowers for my partner with all of her flavourite flowers and taught me how best to care for them to increase their lives on display in our home. All of this and I walked out of there with enough change to stop at the bottle-o on the way home for a wine to sweeten the pot!

I had some flowers that needed arranging and without hesitation I was confident that I had made the right choice by walking into this store. Claire was extremely helpfu byl helping me out with an arrangement that was required for the following day. When I went to pick up the flowers at 5.00pm with my brother in law we were impressed with what had been presented and he enquired on another arrangement saying that would of been nice to have for the day. Claire said that she would be able to do something for him and did this out of hours in front of us, every step of the way asking if this is what we wanted and did we like this. She did not have to change a thing as Claire is talented at what she does. Pricing was good so I would definitely recommended that you give them a go and go into the store as I had no idea what I was trying to achieve. Keep up the great work.
