Ben and his team are amazing! Ben’s knowledge and customer service is next to none. He’s gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions now when I’ve enquired about complex medical issues for my kids, researching the most upto date data, liaising with our doctors and ensuring best practice for my children’s care. I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacist. Highly recommend.

I’ve recently had a fantastic experience and was served by Bartholomew who was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my medication. His approach was caring and considerate unlike a recent experience I had elsewhere. I’ve also visited on a separate occasion with my young children and he was so friendly, they want to visit this pharmacy again with me because he made their visit so fun.
I can’t fault the staff at Warners Bay Terry White, but the vacuum on the other hand needs a review… it’s probably the most obnoxious vacuum I’ve ever heard! It also has a cord I had to step around (trip hazard) suggest a cordless vacuum for future, which I’m sure would make the store vibes all around even that little bit better (and more peaceful) than they already are at your pharmacy! ;)

I recently visited this pharmacy for an ailment, the pharmacist was unable to help me however he went out of his way to find a Doctor who could see me on the day. Such exemplary service, I was astounded and so grateful, saw the Dr, got my antibiotics , pharmacists even contacted my normal pharmacy for me. Thank you so much Ben your helpfulness was so much appreciated.

Last week I was VERY sick and came to talk to Chemist Ben Weik for help with a potential UTI. I couldn't get into my doctor or get them to answer my call. Ben assessed me and told me I needed to see a GP as it was outside his authority to help with a possible kidney infection. Ben called my GP Practice and got an appointment. I eventually saw the GP who told me to go straight to hospital for treatment-IV antibiotics. I was in hospital 6 days with my VERY serious infection. What Ben had suspected was wrong with me on his referral was exactly right, and he got the medical teams working for me at the right time. I really appreciate his professionalism when I really needed it. He always goes above and beyond just putting meds together for us. He's even delivered meds to my door when I've been too sick to go out doors. A truly good person and professional looking out for others-US!

Thank you to Ben and the wonderful team. We have had struggles with other chemist's and clinics and been overcharged. Every time I have contact with the team here, it's a relief. I’ve been a customer of this pharmacy for well over ten years. Always friendly, helpful service. Nothing is too much trouble. All the pharmacists and staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with have always been knowledgeable and attentive. Ordering prescriptions via the online app is convenient and always goes without a hitch. Nice gift section that has tempted me more than once too! A great little chemist shop that I feel comfortable with relying on.

I recently attended TerryWhite at Warners Bay to purchase baby supplies and to have my flu shot. I was greeted by warm and friendly faces. The staff were very available, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely pop in again for advise and supplies.

Have been a customer of this pharmacy for 20+ years and have always received great service and support. The transition to the new brand has been seamless and Pharmacists Ben and Brodie have readily made themselves known and have been super helpful with everything I've asked of them. Old fashioned good service and it's great to be recognised and acknowledged any time I'm in store. I am using the Chemmart app, which is fantastic, although I've occasionally needed some help with the app, staff are knowledgeable and ready to assist. Beautiful range of giftware too.

When I place a MedAdvisor order it is filled and communicated to me very quickly. I can pay for it online if I wish so then I just have to pop in and pick up my prescriptions. I find it is very convenient and I don't have to worry about keeping my paper prescriptions. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Much like Sarah’s review, my sister was in excruciating pain after a fall and we walked into Amcal Pharmacy for temporary pain relief. We were immediately greeted by a lovely employee who suggested we speak with a pharmacist, Anthony (the pharmacist) was FANTASTIC!!! Highly knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional… We took his professional advice and left. Unfortunately for Amcal we did not buy anything on that day, however I most certainly will be back and you now have 2 more customers for life. 10/10
