I called to inform the receptionist that I was COVID positive and that I expected a phone consultation instead of face to face. The receptionist was so engaging and so grateful that I’d called to inform them . We had some nice banter and ended up by saying that this world simply needs more nice people in it. She was kind, empathetic and dealt with me in a caring and fun loving manner. Despite being sick, this made my day a little brighter

Hoppers Lane General Practice is so convenient.On site is a chemist X-ray pathology and specialists. I have always found the drs to be professional and helpful. My GP has been looking after my family and I for nearly thirty years. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Sogand Sahari is one of the best practitioner we have ever seen. She always show warmth, very friendly in nature and regardless her busy schedule. She always keeps smile on her face to address her patients. Professionally, she is very thorough and always keep a track of the family health from the previous records and keep a thorough followups. Myself and my daughters always look forward to see her for health guidance. ❤

Hoppers Lane General practice is a brilliant medical centre. All the doctors are professional, kind and family oriented. They always have time to listen and you never feel uncomfortable talking to them. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

I usually don't leave reviews but need to make an exception as this clinic is by far the best! I can't begin to express how professional and generous these doctors and staff are and the level of care, time and empathy they give. I am very grateful to be in their care, in particular to name a few, Dr Saeideh, Dr Amir, Dr Saber and Dr Louey are AMAZING people, and the team at reception are always friendly and helpful, so thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Don't waste your time going to other clinics, just book and come here. From the receptionist, to the doctors to the neighbouring pharmacist, service is top notch, all necessary information is well delivered and there is a level of satisfaction fulfilled after an often much dreaded visit to the doctors. Thank you and keep up the amazing work of being the best clinic in the west by far.

Great clinic, wonderful doctors male and female, very professional and polite and helpful with all aliments and medical concerns. Lovely and friendly nurses and the girls on reception are always helpful and friendly as well.

Getting an early appointment better than a late appointment due to no or shorter wait time. Annoying that the clinic no longer bulk billing and having to pay for parking.

Dr Pasha Hazrati was great. Clear and sound advice on travel vaccines and care to ensure I knew where the pharmacy was and that all vaccines were correctly administered

Dr Sahari is a wonderful GP. She is very caring and thorough and ensures they get the best level of care for their situation, with an added smile on her face all the time!

Everyone is friendly and efficient, no long waiting time, it’s pretty on time each time. The doctors are listening to your concerns properly. Although there is car parking fee, several times I am done within the free parking time frame. Great place

Doctor Sogand Sahari is Very friendly, caring and efficient. We have moved from point cook but still happy to travel 45 minutes to see her. I recommend her to everyone.
