Effective martial arts taught with a passion and wisdom was something I had sought for years. Heart of The Orient (or former Shunlian Shenghuo Kungfu Academy) was a dream come true. The precision involved in all techniques taught will test and enhance your mental and physical capabilities. The dojo equipped me with confidence in various aspects of my life and more importantly in self defence. After training with the dojo's Master I truly feel enlightened. I highly recommend this dojo if you have an unmet desire in martial arts or are simply up for a challenge.

After training there for a year I can easily recommend it. The hand built Dojo and equipment are amazing and the instructor really brings out your potential. There's a range of classes from weapons training to acrobatics and several fighting styles.
