Caffe Sorella

Our favourite place to lunch & brunch! We are so lucky to have Cafe Sorella in the Lockyer Valley! A varied menu full of tasty, sophisticated food, beautiful sweets in the dessert cabinet, soft smooth cheesecakes, the best in the valley, and surrounds and beautiful coffee. The setting inside is lovely to view the extensive range of unique quality gifts & accessories. The setting outside is a lovely quaint cottage style backyard with plenty of seating for couples, small groups, and on the deck a large table for a large group.
Well worth the drive to visit Cafe Sorella, @ Forest Hill!

Fantastic food. Fantastic value. Great atmosphere. There’s a gift shop. And the poached eggs are “to die for” — but the rest of the food was excellent as well. Quite a diverse and interesting menu. Five stars; highly recommended. And did I mention Merlo Coffee!

Yes, this is a review with a gleamingly good rating but, in honesty, there is absolutely no reason it should be anything but five stars. Quaint, peaceful, food was enjoyable, and busy without being overcrowded... perfect.

A true and authentic place where you can have the best food experience, embrace it.
After hundreds of bad experiences throughout Brisbane and Gold Coast, finally a place that should be an example of great service, happy staff, tasty food, delicious coffee, beautiful music and the atmosphere of the place makes you forget about it all and take it all in, as my grandmother used to say,,,

Nice little cafe that was good outside and inside options for dining in. Coffee was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Meals were standard pricing, but the food was good, so I'm not disappointed. Overall a pleasant experience

Delicious chai latte and breakfast - I had the mushrooms and eggs, and they accommodated my partners requests with no hassles. The drinks and food arrived quickly and the atmosphere sitting in the gelato bar was homely and relaxing. Been here several times over the years and it never disappoints!!

I first heard about Luciana and Caffe Sorrella from my beautiful parents who used to visit several times a month. I now too visit from Brisbane whenever I can and adore everything about this amazing cafe: the gorgeous owner and her team, the delicious home-cooked meals and the exciting array of gifts. And they are pup friendly with plenty of seating at the front or back for furry friends. x

This place is amazing, so worth the drive from Ipswich! The staff were lovely and the food was excellent (great quality and so much for the price). I really enjoyed the music that was playing and the gift shop is just gorgeous. The ice cream was perfect too - very generous scoops and so tasty. I'd give this place 10/5 stars if I could.

I love their food and service and the atmosphere is great to have just have a cuppa and chat or enjoy a meal!

Great eatery with friendly staff. Really enjoyed my burger and the coffee was top notch. There are plenty of muffins and small treats, not to mention plenty of other meal choices to suit any taste. Located outside the main building is plenty of seating located to the side and rear making a great stop to meet friends and family. Plenty of parking along the street too. Make sure you stop in on your next visit.

A great dining area when driving through the Laidley area. Forest Hill is a lovely village

Amazing passionfruit cheesecake and merlo coffee.Also a great little ice cream parlour.Well worth a stop on your county drive.

Great for gifts 🎁 also private moments. Various atmosphere to make you relax. Surcharge for Holidays but a great place to stop and take your time

A quirky little Cafe with a treasure trove of knick nacks, and apparel to appeal to fashion enthusiasts.
The staff are beautiful and attentive. For a little country town, this place has earned a big reputation and is always busy. The food is fantastic and there is inside and outside seating.

Iced coffee and hash brown stack was tasty and menu is reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Been back since and just as good as last time, muguccino and big breakfast were great.

Nice country stop in Forest Hill for a tasty treat, homemade cheesecakes, good coffee and some shopping for some gifts.
I enjoyed the pina colda cheesecake.
