Got 6 bags of horse feed - 2 were full of mouldy feed. Contacted Bremers with photos etc -told to bag up feed and would be collected for testing within a few days. 10 days later still not collected. When i contacted was messaged - "just dump it", i responded with will i be reimbursed for mouldy food - reply yes send your account details. 3 days later still not reply still no refund. Very disappointed and unhappy after driving a 2 hour round trip to get unusable feed and be put of pocket almost $90. I will never go back and will spread the word to all my fellow horse friends to avoid this place at all cost. Also i still want my refund immediately.
