Ryan's Restaurant

We were staying at the Mandala Ace motel, so on our first night, we took an easy option and ate at the on-site restaurant. It was superb! So we booked for our 2nd night too. Would highly recommend this place...food well priced and delicious, service friendly and efficient and pleasant atmosphere in the dining area. Quiet, pleasant and satisfying.

Food was quite nice.
Portions good along with price.
Prompt service along with friendly staff.
Would not order a cappuccino though as we did to our room. 4/10

From the friendly service to the food our experience was exceptional. Really friendly staff, the atmosphere was homely but classy. Our food was tasty and fresh. I had the seafood chowder and I can honestly say it was the best seafood chowder I have ever had. Just wish we were staying longer because I'd order it again!!! Five stars all round.

Me and my partner stayed at Ace Accomodation and ordered room service. Due to Valentines Day we waited a little longer than I’d usually like but the food was incredible and worth the wait. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and a side of the garlic prawns and everything was fresh and tasted house made. We enjoyed the meal very much, I recommend trying this restaurant out.

Not only was the food delicious and fresh, the service was second to none. Beautiful quiet atmosphere, clean and Cosy environment. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I got the steak with pepper sauce.
I wish the sauce had more pepper in it, and the steak was cooked a little over medium, though it was still a great meal
Worth stopping in and the staff are nice and friendly.

Did you judge Ryan's because it's attached to a motel? Well, you're wrong. The restaurant is classy and the food is exceptional. Every bit as good as a top restaurant in a capital city. Meals were a little slow on a quiet night but service was otherwise friendly. Prices are fairly high but easily justified by the quality and generous portions.

Plus the chips are amazing. Highly recommended.

I cannot express enough the sheer deliciousness of Ryan’s restaurant. We have stayed at Ace for four nights and every single meal (breakfast, dinner and dessert) has been a culinary delight. Every item of food we put in our mouths has been exceptional. If you are visiting Albany run, don’t walk, to Ryan’s. Seriously I don’t have enough adjectives to adequately describe how fantastic our dining experiences have been here. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best seafood meal in a long time (Cajun Prawns & Scollops) quote my partner....I had the Seafood Pasta...sauce was full of flavour but not over powering or too heavy.... staff friendly and attentive... would recommend

Great food totally enjoyed our dinner! Picky on service and food when eating out only fault was could of been asked if we wanted more drinks but other than that amazing. Great feed full and worth every cent. Recommended to a friend after we left!

Wow. Amazing food the squid is very nice. Great selection of different choices.
Our waitress was quick and never seemed to stop. The other lady that greeted and sat us very professional. It's nice to have some where that I has good food great service and that is relaxed

Went here for dinner last night with partner and 8 month old, was sceptical bringing a baby in, but, in all honesty, i had nothing to worry about. Not only were the staff friendly especially to bub as they stopped every time they walked past to talk to her, the service provided from them was amazing, above an beyond. Fast, very approchable and as mentioned, friendly! The food was amazing, tasted great and presented well. Affordable an a great set up in the restaurant. We had entree, mains and dessert and left full, happy and satisfied! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you :)

Very friendly service and beautiful decor. I had the oysters Kilpatrick and my husband had the vegetable gnocchi. Both were really well cooked and simply presented.

I felt bad ordering NZ oysters when there was fresh, local fish but I can't eat a main meal and the oysters tasted really fresh. Not too much salt or Worcestershire sauce! The gnocchi was served with pumpkin and cherry tomatoes and it was all cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a very balanced and fresh meal!

The food is fantastic.

My wife had Nasi Goreng and I have the beef cheeks.
Bruschetta entree was delicious and mains were huge servings yet at a standard you would expect at a big city restaurant for twice the price.

Would definitely recommend.
