Lake Leather Campbell Town

It's just like a miracle when we drove past Campbelltown and saw this shop again. I immediately recognised that this was the shop that we bought leather groves and shoes when we first visited Tasmania 12 years ago. My leather groves are still in good condition and my daughter really wants the same, so it's so great that we find you again, Lake Leather 😀. As a results, we ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of gloves. Products from here are in excellent quality and beautiful design. Staff are very friendly, too.

Well set out showroom with extensive stock of shoes, handbags and other leather goods. Some local craft work for sale, too. Reasonable prices. Attentive, friendly staff.

Stunning bag, beautifully made and such high quality. No it's not the cheapest, but it's something I will have for decades instead of cheap fake leather garbage that will flake and fall apart after 6 months. Happy to support local businesses when they make such lovely products.

Campbell Town is usually a "must stop" on any journey from Hobart to Launceston or to the "Spirit" at Devonport. (And vice-versa) A couple of excellent cafes,a service station..and a wonderful shop which sells leather goods. Coats , jackets , hats , shoes , boots and much more. High quality goods , beautifully made. A place well worth a browse around.

Shop smells like leather, it carries high quality products. I always stop on my way from Hobart to Devonport to check out their latest stock, very few times I don't buy something.

Very cool store, don't take a takeaway coffee in there though; big smacks.
