Bought a bamboo decorator ladder and a mirrored bathroom cabinet today. Fantastic service. A hardware store with old fashioned service from experienced staff. Beats the bigger chains service easily.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff here today. My little boy fell over and cut up his knee in the carpark. The staff grabbed bandaids for him and then one gave him a lollipop for being brave. So sweet and very much appreciated!

Knowledgeable very helpful staff, saved me heaps of time finding reticulation fittings plus gave useful advice.

Fantastic service. Bought this online. They called to inform there's a slight delay in delivery. Hand delivered by staff, informing of the expected time. The box had the seal unopened. I am thrilled beyond words!

I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to as was really impressed with the level of service.
I ordered a small 3 piece outdoor setting online. The store rang to say they had one not in a box or would I like to wait. I wanted it sooner than later and wasnt worried about a box. They delivered the next day with a call to say they were on the way. Really nice to deal with. Very impressed with good old fashioned customer service.

Very helpful Christine Camillo was such a great help she was the only person of ALL the Miter 10 stores in Perth that would help me find the product i wanted--I first contacted Christine in September after I got NO help from any other store. and today 23 December I got what I was looking for.

While the selection compared to Bunnings is smaller, the in store personalised experience, advise and expertise more than compensates. Prices are super competitive and if live close by you owe it to the local family that run the store to get your hardware supplies here.
