Coles Kalamunda

Coles Kalamunda is always a really pleasant place to shop. Its clean, the food is fresh and in date, and the staff are always really friendly.
Today something had leaked in my basket from a previous customer, and the liquid went onto my phone. I asked for help from two ladies working at the first checkout and within seconds I had tissues, a cloth, paper towels and sanitiser. They were very sweet and seemed genuinely concerned for my phone and items. One even came around and helped me wipe the items to put in a new basket.
It was above and beyond service and I was very grateful 🙏

I like to go shopping there, a very convenient place to get your groceries.
You can get almost everything that you need in one place.
Very helpful and Friendly staff.

Coles Kalamunda has great customer service with a smile. I would totally recommend the shopping experience. I find the fruit, vegetable and deli foods to be fresh and delicious, the groceries to be easy to find and have a great range and the staff to be helpful, friendly and always willing to help when you ask for assistance.

Awesome experience with click and collect. Owen was such a cheerful and helpful attendee. Made the experience quick and very positive.

Diane at the Deli is amazing! She is super friendly and kind, makes all the difference for a shopping experience. Not a lot stands out about grocery shopping but she made a difference in my morning.

I was in Coles Kalamunda Sunday 20/3
I asked a young man, Xavier if he could please cut the watermelon smaller for me. Such beautiful manners and very polite. I went through the checkout and was served by Nathan. Again a wonderful young man with lovely manners and very polite.
These young men are a credit to your store.
I did tell the lady behind the service counter to pass my thoughts onto the manager. I really don't think our young people of today get enough credit when it's due.

Very friendly staff, well stocked stire

best layout ever from any shop to exist. would sleep on the bread, as it is very soft and fluffy. Period.

Adam who is one of the Trolley men from Coles Kalamunda does a truly outstanding job!!! Adam is smiling hail, rain or shine. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Adam loves his job and we can all take a leaf out of his book in regard to work ethic and having joy in our workplace. Adam makes sunshine wherever he goes. I am recomnending him for a customer service award and bonus!!!

Plenty of variety including International foods but a little more expensive. But you get what you pay for

As far as main chain supermarkets go... Coles Kalamunda is certainly one of the better ones out there. 9/10 times I can find what I need, they have a good range, friendly staff, and lets be fair John... I've never seen them with less than 3 checkouts open.

Thanks Sue at Service for going out the back to get stock that hadn’t made it to the shelf for customers to purchase! Eggs and milk should be filled every day don’t ya think?

My best local shop. Helps when you know where to find everything that you need without much of a hustle!

Lovely staff. Fresh produce. Can get what I need every time I go in the store. The only thing I sometimes can't get is the garnia hair colour 10.

Stock, stock, stock...back to the good old days, lots of dairy products, a little light on frozen goods but still good..yes a good shopping experience..didn't wait long in the que either, overall good!

The coles at Kalamunda is well managed with very helpful staff.
