Petaluma Wine

We were the first on a Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. not because we're alcoholics but I've always wanted to come to this winery you paragraph served by a fabulous bloke, Rob, big Liverpool supporter as you can tell by the picture of his car!
Felt incredibly welcome and the views were stunning

We had the sparkling flight and the aromatic flight and all the wine from the Adelaide Hills top the list for us wonderful experience thank you so much Chris and Jane aka Taffy and wife

Amazing winery and 100% dog friendly! 🐕 it was quiet when we went but wine, venue and customer service was amazing. Canepes complimented the wines perfectly too. Recommend their sav blanc

Beautiful location with lovely tasting rooms, deck and amazing views.. Friendly staff. Did the Pinot tasting with an additional platter. The wines were lovely and the platter was varied and very generous. Wines came with a sheet giving tasting notes which was handy as I'm sure on some days the staff would be too busy to spend much time with you, but the staff were readily available to answer questions. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine experience at Petaluma’s glass room experience in our own private room. The locally produced food pairing and their wine selections were thoroughly enjoyable. We received great service from both Linda and Adam the entire time, we were very well looked after. We made the most of the outdoor deck area during our experience in between food servings and where we took in the beautiful setting and outlook of the property. Will definitely return again. Loved it!

The winery has a great atmosphere with a spectacular view. The staff provided exceptional service with Linda giving a great overview of the wines while Adam crafted a nifty little platter.

We did the Cool Tasting Experience of Chardonnay. The venue was great as it had a lovely outlook and Rob was very informative about the wines. Would highly recommend this winery

What a way to start a Sunday! The view from the cellar door at Petaluma was breath taking and Sarah and Adam could not have been more knowledgeable or hospitable. Loved the Croser and Riesling! We’ll be back…

Had a great day at day on the deck yesterday!!! Great food, wine and atmosphere. View was exceptional and the staff were very attentive and really looked after our group! Quick service as appropriate staff at the venue. Overall a 10/10 day will come past the next event.

Linda and Dee along with Adam are just great, the experience has always impressed my guests, I recommend you pre book and enjoy the wines as much as I do.

Had the joy of celebrating my 60th with Linda and Adam hosting. The wines
we tasted were exceptional and we had to put the sack truck to use to ferry our purchases to the car. Great outdoor setting.

Just keep going a couple more minutes from that Bird place to find this little gem perched on top of a hill, giving some wide ranging views. Milly was a delight, offering fantastic service as she talked us through our flight. Note that this winery requires purchase of a tasting rather than a free sample as per other places. But at least you can sit down, relax and get to know more about the wines and various grapes. This is famous for its Chardonnay but we loved the Pinot Gris and Cab Sauv.

Sarah & Adam were so well informed it made my shopping for my taste so much easier.
Delicious wine and loved my free shipping over a dozen bottles.

I have lived in the Adelaide Hills for a decade and am still in awe of the wonderful wines we produce.

Adam took time to share the story of Petaluma in great detail giving us an insight into their journey.

On what was such a beautiful day, we decided to sample the Chardonnay flight (which came with complimentary snacks) and Sparkling offerings. These showcased some of the best cool climate fruit on offer, including grapes from the oldest Adelaide Hills vineyard, Tiers.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent Croser tasting @ Petaluma. The sparkling wines were delicious!! Petaluma has a great ambience and very helpful staff.

Petaluma is my go-to winery to send Japanese visitors. They are always looked after so well, the views and wines are spectacular and the Cellar Door Manager, Linda, goes out of her way to make sure they have an excellent experience.

Our host Linda was so hospitable and talked us through our wine flights in a manner we could understand.

Little cheese plates with the wine was lovely especially the toasted bread.

Beautiful wine, stunning views, lovely deck area.

So dog friendly that Linda even bought out a dog bed and snacks for our dog Juno.

The glass ware was amazing. We did the Chardonnay wine flight and was given Chardonnay glasses and not your standard wine glasses.

Best cellar door experience in Adelaide Hills.

Iconic and very beautiful cellar door. Staff were a well oiled machine as we did not book but they did not hesitate to find us a spot. They were busy but gave us a little taste of the fabulous Croser as they attended to us.

Had such a wonderful experience last Sunday, our host Linda took us through the sparkling flight and was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We will be back!

As a local, this was an unexpected beautiful experience, with a panoramic view of the hills, where you can just forget where you are and wax lyrical..

The wines are sublime, made better with the view, and try to order a platter...it simply makes your visit.
