Actually i attended the Albany Airport not the car rental place... i guess Googly maps isnt that accurate. Car hire place same as as anywhere else . 😊

Do not use this service. Customer service is appalling. Their system will tie up funds from pre- authorisation on your credit card for up to 3 weeks! Management response is be patient, unwilling to help clear up the matter. Car was cleaned and ready at short notice. The guys out the back get 5 stars.

I had a very bad experience. I had a car confirmed via phone. Then when I had to taxi to the airport (not cheap) and once I got there they told me it was more money than on the phone. They didn’t tell me I needed my passport, although I tried to show them a copy of a certified passport. They just were very unhelpful and didn’t even try and help my situation.
