St Francis Winery

Great stay, location was perfect for us.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Restaurant was pretty good too, not enough choices for my liking but I'm fussy and we had a great meal just a little out of my comfort zone :)
I did enjoy my wine though..

Family lunch at St Francis Winery. Service was attentive and fresh staff. Our meals all came out at the same time, entrees and mains. 2 of us had herbed crumb chicken schnitzel which was huge, beautiful crunch on the crumb, thick and moist chicken breast came with a tasty salad and crummy well seasoned chips. We had to take the other half home. Fish was moist and Nan couldn’t eat it all. MIL had the salmon on the specials board and said it was absolutely beautiful. Lambs fry was delicious and flavourful as I tried a mouthful of Mums. We were all very pleased with our meals, full bellies and atmosphere. We will be back and I have recommended St Francis Winery to my friends and work colleagues. 5 stars 🌟

Couldn’t be more impressed with our 3 night stay at St Francis winery.
The room was very comfoortable and clean. The pool was amazing! The meals at the bistro were incredible. Will definitely stay again. Beautiful place with friendly staff.

We, a gruop of 15 retirees, lunched at St. Francis on 21/2/24, and it was one of the best luncheons we have had. In short, it was flawless. The food was very generous in quantity and of the best quality, and the pensioners menu provided us with an excellent selction to choose from, at most reasonable prices. And the staff who served us were exceptioana. We wre made to feel very welcome, and this made the experience even more enjoyable. On Behalf of the group, I am only too happy to recommend St.Francis Winery to everyone.

We went for lunch to celebrate my husband's Birthday 04/10/2023 the food was delicious.

The staff were fantastic, on not one level but more. The table service was professional and friendly, so we felt we were very welcome ( not a work that had to be dealt with to get paid) the people came first.

Everyone was happy at their tables, but instead of making out the staff member had to go out the back to work she was caring, there was a man who had photos and the staff member genuinely cared and showed interest, excused herself to serve a customer and said a cheery goodbye when his cab arrived.

Earlier there was an elderly man who was helped out to the car by a staff member, as his wife had driven their car up to the entrance. The staff member helped him into the car and helped with his seat belt (I could see through the window from our inside table)

That is why we will go back to St Francis Winery again to celebrate our special events.

A sign of good management is when the staff are happy. Also a management who has the insight to hiring caring good people who are good with people as well as hiring a great chef.
My observations as a happy old duck, thank you St Francis Winery.

Beautifully renovated restaurant. Food delicious. Service wonderful for our table 8 - all food out at same time. Huge portions so much some couldn't finish all and took home in Take away containers.

Excellent 👍 Great price and value for $100 per night. Quiet and peaceful. Located in Old Reynella. Large Foodland and pubs walking distance.

Had a wonderful afternoon and night at St Francis Winery, excellent room and facilities, staff superb and very attractive surroundings. Would recommend a visit.

Had our wedding here in 2021 and they were incredible! So helpful and it turned out perfect. Would recommend for a wedding

Lovely little room for my short stay. It had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food was excellent, great to see flathead on the meand a decent serve. Wife had chicken schnitzel and was delicious. The new Reno really brightens the place up.

Stayed here on a stop over through Adelaide heading over east. Beds are large decent amount of parking and some of the rooms have spas in them, area is quiet and peaceful, think there is pool but I didn't notice. Overall good stay.

We had my nieces wedding here. Great venue, great food, service was lovely and very accommodating to the the bridal party. The pictures came out fabulously.

Thank you St Francis Winery. Our Wedding Day (25.03.2023) was absolutely wonderful. The nature setting for our outdoor ceremony was just gorgeous and made for a picture perfect day. We love the rustic charm of the venue, and not to mention the incredibly delicious food. Cannot express enough compliments to your talented and dedicated chefs. Special thanks to Tegan for being so bubbly, helpful and cool calm collected in the planning stages of our day. I would highly recommend SFW to others for weddings and functions.

A favourite ladies lunch venue for us, polite staff who ensure your experience is enjoyable. A lovely inexpensive seniors menu is available along with their A la carte.

Quite a nice venue, lovely for a wedding. Garden is well kept with a nice overview of the pond and ducks within

However toilets are incredibly outdated with very short doors
