Great customer service from Matt. I was on my way to Esperance and suddenly my car started to have some issues when I arrived in Albany. I phoned up a few workshops to try to get the car fixed. Most said they can’t accommodate the service on the day but when I rang Great Southern, Matt offered to squeeze it in.

I left the car with Matt and went to grab a feed. Few minutes later Matt called and said my high pressure fuel pump was blown and said he did not want to take my money because just servicing the car won’t fix the problem but rather I should contact my Mazda dealer to sort a part out for it. Matt’s level of honesty was commendable and I am just happy for your assistance diagnosing the problem. Btw he didn’t charge me anything. I wish you all the best!!

Needed to replace universal joints on my Mazda BT50. Matt fitted us in within 3 days and carried out the work in a efficient, competent and friendly manner. The cost of repairs was very reasonable. Very quick to diagnose a faulty alternator on our Cruiser. They loaned us a battery charger to help us get by until the replacement part arrived two days later. Then they replaced the alternator with in a few hours and it has been great since. Very well priced too. Great team, very organised, cheers Matt👍

We need the brakes adjusted on our caravan in short notice, popped to see Matt and he said bring it back mid afternoon, went back around 2ish and he got under it and did the adjustment straight away, gave us great advice about future things that needed doing and was super helpful and only charged us an 1 hours labour 👍
