The vietnamese pork rolls are amazing! Friendly service and lovely warm staff. The horrendous claims of racism towards kids I read in another reveiw couldn’t be further from the truth as I witnessed the complete opposite this afternoon. Highly recommend whether you are going instore or ordering from uber eats. I’m a multi repeat customer and will continue to be so.

Happy with the new owners. Still get my usual food. They are friendly and welcoming. Been going here for years. Give them a chance and show support.

We drove forty minutes to visit this mini mart after reading a review about the quality of the Vietnamese baguettes (BMT). We weren't disappointed. The baguettes were outstanding and the owners were very nice too. ❤💪👍

Well what can I say but OMG I had the best bánh mì today. I saw someone's post on Facebook so I thought I'd give it a go. The flavour is fantastic, crunchy warm roll, pork and crackle is amazing and the vegetables delicious 😋. I'll definitely be back for more.

This Mini Mart has everything you need. Can save you driving to the bigger shops when you don't have time. They are open convenient hours and nearly every day of the year. Very good food, very fresh. Very clean. Friendly service.

No matter what time of day, you're always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. I love going there and believe in keeping the small business up and running. Sometimes we get little samples to try and they have given my son lollies for free. Good old fashioned service. I would sooner go there and pay a little extra for my basics. Love it! !!

After search around Joondalup for a banh mi roll without any luck, Google lead me here. Best bahn mi in the northern suburbs. Staff here are nice and friendly. 100% will return

They treat they're loyal customers very well! I live around the corner and used to stop and buy hot food every morning before work. They would sometimes treat me to a freebie drink or hot food without insinuating, asking or anything! Just because :) PS try they're lasagna topper, Bellissimo
