Fridge & Washer City Albany

Excellent service, right through from discussing my needs (while I was in Perth) with great advice from Ian, very friendly reception staff and awesome delivery up a steep driveway by Beau who did the install new and remove old fridge by himself with real professionalism. Would definitely recommend this place, it may not look as flash as other stores but beats them hands down with knowledge, a "can do" non pushy attitude and great service.

We had an emergency fridge situation with our holiday home in Denmark. Clients 3 days into a 10 day stay and the fridge breaks. I rang Albany Fridge and washer city as I had previously bought a dishwasher from them and their service was impeccable. Needless to say Rebecca was not only able to get me a new one at a fantastic price, she also managed to get delivery the same day. I cannot stress enough how good they are, service and price wise, you cannot get better.
Highly recommended and customer for life here.

Bought a new dishwasher from a company with initials HN! on the understanding the old one would be removed and the new one installed .When it arrived was told they didn't do installations. They offered a refund but at my cost. Fridge and washer city by contrast were fantastic to the point of offering to deliver the HN machine for free. Thank you Fridge and Washer City for putting the "S" back into service not to mention the better deal.
