After a less than satisfactory experience with my previous property manager (from another agency) I signed up with the Professionals and from the very start I was provided with professional advice and service that went above and beyond what I would have expected. I was kept up-to-date with everything that was happening which was very important to me and after my house being empty for 3 months with the previous agency, the Professionals had my house leased in under five days.

Currently renting though professionals once again they are my absolute favourite real estate in Albany to deal with. They go above and beyond from first contact of application to final clean. Rachael is fabulous agent to rent through she is extremely efficient, amazing customer service and so understanding. In my experience all the staff have been a pleasure to deal with over the years. You can tell the staff enjoy working there. Thank you to everyone for making renting so easy and stress free.

From the house inspection with Callie to my interaction with the efficient and charming front desk woman and my property manager Beth it was the by far the most pleasant and straight forward process I've experienced in leasing a property. Greg Pearson, director, signed me up at a fair management rate and made all charges clear to me from the start. Then, he stuck to the deal. At any time, I could pester him—not that I needed to—and that open-mindedness of his meant that I felt safe entrusting my lovingly refurbished little home to his care. This went on for the best part of 3 years. Greg assigned a young—well, to me she's fresh and new!—property manager, Callie McNamara. She too stuck it out with me and wasn't it worthwhile! Never have I met such a caring and skilled person in property management. She obtained suitable tenants and aptly recommended rental asking prices. This meant that instead of 4-month vacancies, my flat was rarely vacant. The most recent tenants are into their 3rd year. Each year, Callie asked me to choose smoke alarm testers and gutter cleaners; she did inspections bang on time and provided photos with detailed reports even though I could eat off the floor of the most recent tenants. Fair to them, she showed that she works for the landlord and values their property. The whole time, she and Greg have been good-humoured and easy to deal with. I'm sad to move on from this business arrangement, but had to sell up. If you're looking to have your precious abode in safe hands, go no further than Greg and Callie.

I highly recommend Professionals Albany for any real estate needs, especially from a tenants prospective. Callie is our property manager and she has simply been amazing. Moving out of home for the first time can be a bit scary and nerve racking, but the team at Professionals Albany made it so much easier to understand and step by step showed us how to apply for our first rental. My partner and I have rented and owned houses, and have dealt with a plethora of real estate agents over the past 20 years, and I can genuinely say that The Professionals in Albany are Game Changers. As tenants the Professionals Team have treated us with respect and courtesy and we genuinely feel as though our custom is important to them-everyone we have interacted with from reception staff to property managers have been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

I understand that it's difficult to advocate for the tenant and the landlord but The Professionals seem to so it effortlessly.

I've been renting a delightful old cottage at Middleton Beach for several years now, with Rachel Galos managing my rental for Professionals. Nothing has been a problem. Her inspections have always been very fair, any maintenance issues brought to her attention have been addressed promptly with the owners and sorted, and she's been delightful to work with. I'd like to think I've been a considerate and respectful tenant, and that's been absolutely reciprocated in my dealings with Rachel as manager of my tenancy. Rachel's responsiveness in communication is an especially notable aspect of her modus operandi.
