Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food! What more could you ask for? Reasonably priced with a nice selection of pastries, desserts, eggs and basic groceries! Will definitely be coming back!

A nice little cafe in an unexpected area. Stepping through the doors, it feels like something you'd expect in the Adelaide Hills, not in the semi-industrial parts of North Plympton.

The staff are extremely friendly and the service is quick. The food is decent as well with excellent scrambled eggs. I also recommend the bruschetta with added salmon.

The corn stack with salmon is also a winner. Perfectly poached eggs, fresh and filling.

As a local, I wish I had known about this earlier!

One of the special little place tucked away from the main rush. Great food and wonderful attentive staff they do an all day breakfast and lunch they are busy so book if you want to get a table. Kids menu's huge range of deserts and eggie products to choose from on your way out great shop they even do take away. I love it. Everyone I have ever taken there is surprised to find a stylish and smart Cafe tucked away next to a park marvellous stuff girls keep up the good work.

Great food, excellent price!

Discovered this place by accident a few years ago. It's my favourite no frills cafe around. The eggs are always perfect. The staff have never faltered. The food is a reasonable price and is consistent. it's simple & tasty, what more do you need. The little shop attached sells local sauces, eggs & baked goods.

The food here is your standard breakfast fare, while there are a couple of slightly different items it is exactly what you expect. The bacon and salmon used on the dishes is really high quality as are their add-ons (mushrooms, beans, etc). Sometimes their sauces can leave a little to be desired, but tend to be okay overall. The coffee is good and they don't charge extra from exotic milks and use quality beans. Service is lightening fast, a point of pride for the cafe, although this can sometimes mean food is pre-made and can be on the cooler side. Overall a good place for a reasonably priced and tasty breakfast.

I discovered Solar Eggs by complete chance, and it's been the best accidental discovery I've made to date! Their all day breakfast is not only reasonably priced, but it's served within a timely fashion, and the staff are all extremely friendly, professional and welcoming! I'd rate 10/10 if it were possible.

The breakfast here is to die for and for a super reasonable price. The staff are so pleasant and friendly and even thou they are always full when we go on a Saturday, the standards and time frame receiving meals does not suffer at all. Well done guys and keep it up.

Great breakfast. We buy our eggs from here and sometimes spoil ourselves with a cake or similar.

Great breakfast and coffee - that arrived within what is seemed like seconds after we ordered! Guys check this place out - my wife and myself come here once a year when visiting and every year it gets better.
