They have shown amazing care towards my animals and have been able to support me with the variety of animals I have!!

Staff made an appointment for me in an emergency without an appointment. I was so relieved. I expected to have a whole day waiting as I had to drive a reasonable distance to attend. Jackie was looked asap, and treated asap. I was home in no time with a dog bandaged up and instructions. I couldn't have been happier. Thanks guys, fantastic service from caring, efficient, professional staff!! Once again very professional, caring and skilled services provided for my dog after an ACL rupture. Standard surgery for this practice but Jackie suffers from PTSD so she needed emergency surgery on a Sunday. Everything turned out just fine and Emma donated her time. After all Emma has done to Jackie in terms of pain the only two people in the world Jackie kisses is Emma and myself. A sign of trust. Thankyou to all staff.Thanks again to wonderful staff for loving my funny complicated girl. I appreciate your support, kindness, friendship, expertise from both Emma and all the nurses. Thanks again for loving my girl. She walked pain free this morning a joy to see her enjoying life.

I visited this vet this morning as my poor dog was experiencing itchy skin problems . I was so glad to see that the vet was so experienced & professional in her diagnoses. She even shaved my dog and concentrated on the areas of concern. Thank you so much for taking the time & effort to elevate this problem for now. I value your expertise & advice .

Emma Taylor is a fantastic vet surgeon who has the animal's best interests and well-being at heart. She is brilliant with horses and dogs and the rest of her staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Can't recommend Dongara Vet Hospital more highly.
