Was in and out of this shop like a yo-yo. Absolutely reccomend. The lady who owns the shop and her daughter both have a sound, accurate knowledge of good fishing spots locally, what is being caught and to be honest its great going into a shop as a visitor to the area and walking out (30 mins later) feeling welcomed. This is the kind of place i would shop at loyally, even if 5 shops in town had what they sold at half the price, based purely on the customer service. I dont know what i like more - the quality of the bait or going in for a chat when i am in town lol.

My wife and I, interested in doing some surf fishing stopped in Dungara for 2 nights on our way South after leaving the Northwest coast of WA. In need of local information we found our way to the Dungara Sport and Tackle shop where proprietor Gary enthusiastically answered all of our questions while providing us with salted Mulies to use on the beach.

Before we ever got to Dungara we had actually called ahead and spoke to Gary's wife Annette who was equally as helpful on the phone as her husband was in person.

We can't say enough positive things about Gary, his wife.. and the service they provide. You'll be well served when you go there. Aside from fishing bait and tackle they also stock diving equipment, work related items and other related paraphernalia

When you stop by tell them that Joanne and Frank sent you. They could not have been more.helpful to us and we're sure they will do the same for you.

Great shop. Owners super friendly and knowledgeable. Was happy to have a quick chat with this newbie to the area. His advice caught us a couple of Tailor in the first hour of fishing.
