needed a touch LAMP for an elderly person rushed in 4-15 saturday 14-10-23 asked for help to be told i dont know anything about them and walked off as this was an emergency had no time to go anywhere else sorted the problem myself to see 3 girls behind the counter talking paid $70 and left i have a business and would sack these girls WILL NEVER GO BACK NO SERVICE

Very poor customer service with an even worse refund policy. Arrogant staff who take advantage of customers with limited English. It's one thing to rip a customer off with questionable sales merchandising tactics but then to refuse a refund and offer a voucher instead? Never again will I purchase from this outlet and I will be spreading the word.

Bad refund policy. Item never used not even open. Sales rep didn't bring to my attention that there were no pillowcases with the quilt even though the picture showed pillowcases. Poor.

Very disappointing, I bought a game that was meant for family on Christmas day. I was then told by a friend that it wasn't suitable for family. When I asked for a refund I was asked what I wanted the money for
When I said I wanted to buy food the manager said no they don't refund even with a receipt.
