Woolworths Kingsway

The lovely man that was working on Monday the 13/11 at 3pm for direct to boot pick up. He was very kind and caring to us, in fact every week he is! There was a problem with our order and he was very kind with handling the situation. He always helps us pack our shopping into the boot and always has a smile on his face. God Bless his heart. To the customers this does not go unnoticed ❤

Good for family with kids, not that busy

Always have everything you need, unlike other Woolworths

We are from Albany and we’re in town for a soccer tournament. I needed fruit for half time for the kids and the hotel room has no kitchen.
Anthony from Woolies was so helpful and pleasant. He cut up the oranges and watermelon for me. I am very grateful to him.

Centre is nice and quiet and has good selection

Kingsway pretty good. Good variety at the food court. Reasonably priced foods. A reasonable variety of shops. A Woolies and Aldi's. But most importantly a Grille's. Grilled burgers. One of the best burgers. There's also an Asian grocery store. A most excellent store. Really good service there.

Wanted to buy 1kg frozen Turkey Thigh for Christmas at my local store, but none in sight anywhere, not even the spot where it should've been.
We were at Kingsway so decided to go in to Woolworths there, definitely found it.

Just wanted to leave a big thankyou to the young girl that helped me today about 1130 am the 1st of April at the self serve check out in Kingsway Woolies
I only had 3 items left to scan waz a big shop and the self serve machine locked up and it just froze.i said I will have to rescan everything again at another machine she said no I will do it all for you with a smile
She rescanned everything and she really tried to fix the locked up machine but she was doing a relief break for another employee I didn't get a chance to thank her and I hope Woolies passes on my thank you to her

Went to the Kingsway branch to get my weekly specials as this is my local and my family and I have always had good experiences there. Upon going to process my groceries, my mother and I went through the till that had Jan on it. As she was putting our items through my mother checked the price of the bacon we wanted. It had cime up as $8 when the special said 6. As there is never enough staff to help on the floor, Jan went and checked the price for us. The item was incorrectly tagged and she showed us the one that was actually on special. As she is an extremely helpful lady, she gave us the bacon at the promotional price instead. We also needed to get cash out and she didnt have enough in her till. She saved our transaction and we went and processed it at the service desk.

I had to buy Lactose free icecream there and couldn't find it. I went to the service desk who got a guy not in that department to see if there was any in the palets out the back. He came out with 2 which was great but I mention I'll come back tomorrow to get 2 more as its for my residents at work and before I got to the check out he came running up with 2 more for me. Now thats customer Service for you.😊

Very Blessed to have received great customer service from Eve in bakery, and Harold on checkout, it was nice to have a free flowing chat, good to see professional conduct.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful each and every time I visit. I love that this woolies is great at restocking unlike some other stores. It's also a spacious store and rarely crowded.
