Kapunda Pizza Bar

My wife and I shared a small pizza and ate in.
The service was fantastic and friendly. They were rather busy so it was clear that the food was loved and popular.

First visit here and won’t be our last. Pizzas were lovely. Generous toppings and tasted great. Staff were friendly and informative in the wait for take away. Very happy tourists here !

Totally amazing. I drove half an hour to get a pizza and I wasn't disappointed. I got the lot with anchovies. It was hot and delicious. The base was crispy and delicious. The price was really good to. A large pizza, drink and a garlic bread for $26. This is a great pizza bar.

Fantastic pizza! The variety is endless and caters for all tastes however I can't go past the Italian as being the closest I've come to an authentic Italian pizza. The flavours beautifully compliment the fresh base and Liezel's own special pizza sauce recipe is delicious. Just the right amount of FRESH toppings too.
Kapunda Pizza Bar is a great employer of many young local kids who are getting their first taste of after school work so please be patient..... we were all in their shoes once. I've always found the staff to be super friendly. It can get busy (a testament to their popularity) so ordering ahead does help.
A great supporter of many local clubs and charities so spend with those that support the town.
Would love to see them stay open a little longer on Friday and Saturday nights...perhaps til 10pm. Other than that....10/10 every time.

Absolutely the best pizzas and takeaway not only in Kapunda bit the Barossa too. Have always enjoyed the toppings, trying a few over my time here, with the Miners being my fave!

I've never been to Italy but I imagine this is about as close as you can get without going there, it looks just like the postcards. The staff may be a bit rude but its all a part of the authentic Italian experience. The pizza here is as good as anywhere and the long wait is great because it leads to some great chit chat with the locals. Sure, they mess up my order from time to time, but that's why I keep coming back, they surprise me with something different each time. If you live in Adelaide I definitely recommend the drive just to come here. It's a long drive but closer than going to Italy.

The only good pizza joint post 1990s. Genuine review. Try the Mexican with 3/10 chilli if you like spice. (10/10 if you're a hero). Kapunda special is pretty good too, similar to supreme but better in my opinion.

Great friendly staff over Easter Saturday night past advertised closing time, Lamb pizza was delish. Our 10 yr old daughter loved the fried chicken her words were best fried chicken she’s ever had!

I can't believe I'm the first person to write a review on the Jessica Kapunda Pizza Bar! I've had pizza's from Broken Hill to Bamaga and none have been half as good as those served in Kapunda. Generous flavourful toppings accompanied by reasonable prices and always quick, friendly service make this pizza bar the best I have found. If I could give six stars I would.

Excellent pizza every time. Will even give you all call when your pizza is placed in the oven, if there is a bit of a wait.

What a fantastic local pizza shop Kapunda has. Ordered the Surfin Sheep. We were travelling through and will make it a definite stop off just for that in the future.

My experience with the Kapunda Pizza Bar was extraordinary. Their reasonable prices and there high quality delicious food left me gobsmacked, I highly recommend there smash box's and there pizzas (which are the best pizzas in the Barrossa).
