Fantastic staff thank you for your service today when we had a flat tyre and you went out of your way to bring me my coffee that I was on the way to pick up.

Good little place to stop and have a snack and fuel up. Clean store and very friendly staff. The food was fresh, coffee was hot and tasted great

Brilliant service and range of snackfoods

The staff are lovely. However this the OTR/C Coffee are seriously understaffed. There is always a line 4 deep when you walk in & there's only one person doing fuel/grocery/coffees etc. It's not fair on anyone especially the worker who was getting hassled by customers.
Please employ someone to just do the coffee side.
As for the linked Subway - again staff are lovely but slow to service - you can always hear them talking & laughing out the back but there's noone serving & you often have to yell out. Annoying.

Fuel prices are fair.

I wanted to buy a cold sausage roll but was told no they weren't allowed to sell me a cold one, it had to be heated! I wanted to eat it later so no I don't want your microwaved goods. How ridiculous 🤬

Very slow! you have the manager stocking drinks during a busy time of the morning and one serving aswell as making coffees so you have to wait in line forever just to pay for petrol.i live near otr but im not buying anything from there in the future.the staff seem pissed off all the time,its been a downwards spiral since the manager nichole went on holiday and got sent to another otr

Apparently people can park at a petrol pump for 20mins while getting subway, that’s fine. But it’s not ok to park in car park for 10mins while getting children and buying them food???
I used to think quite highly, guess the standards slipped. Not exactly family friendly.

Have just tried FIVE times to ring Kapunda OTR from 18 k's away at Freeling, FIVE times over 15-20 minutes, to hopefully save me a pointless return drive, only to have their phone RING OUT ...EVERY TIME.
They simply do NOT answer their phone or even have a default answer message.
Definitely not designed to make me want to ever go back there again, especially when there is another service station in the town.
