I had apaiser items installed in April this year during a bathroom renovation and have been thoroughly impressed with both the beauty and functionality of the products. Our bathroom truly has been transformed into a luxe sanctuary – exactly what we wanted. We are very happy indeed.

The most beautiful hand crafted bath ware. I have lived with an Apaiser bath and several vanities for over 12 years, they are just stunning and still look amazing to this day. I've just completed our new beach home, also using Apaiser products and so very happy with the result. The staff are so incredibly helpful and the showroom is just gorgeous and like no other. Yes, we had some delays as we did with many other suppliers....special thanks to Covid...but well worth the wait!! As someone that has lived with the product for sometime, I can tell you the bath water stays hotter for longer than other baths I've had in previous homes and I can clean them up to as they were when new. Plus, it always gave me a little buzz when I see Apaiser baths in some of the stunning hotels my husband and I stay at when we were travelling. Thanks again Apaiser, I look forward to many more years enjoyment and some long hot soaks at our new beach home. Highly Recommend.

This is the second home where we have installed Apaiser bathware. We have been very happy with the design and quality of their products and also their friendly and helpful customer service. I can thoroughly recommend this product.

Great designer products, yes it does take a little longer with lead times, but quality and design is unmatched.

Elegant looking showroom

We bought our first Apaiser bath about 8 years ago and the bath cracked with the sound of an explosion and flooded the house. The crack ran around the girth of the bath about 2/3 of the way up from the base. We were told that has never happened before. Hmmmm.
The replacement Haven is now about 6 years old and has developed a crack around the waste. Not happy.
It's a shame because the bath is a nice colour, texture, size and shape.

There is a product fault with the plug which caused it to crack and they refused to change it. They wanted to charge me $120.00 for a replacement. Never buying from this shop again. There is no loyally to the Customer even though we have bought 3 very expensive basins. Zero stars for service.

Without question the most unreliable and incompetent manufacturer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered two baths, a basin, vanity and bath caddy for a new house build. After 18 months the order is still yet to be completed.

Both baths arrived cracked, one 12 months late, the bath caddy was split and cracked, the vanity was delivered 14 months late and we still can’t get an ETA on a second replacement bath or the caddy. It’s taken more than 160 emails and calls with the CEO Greg Johnson and six other staff and managers so far….and still counting. We’re in an endless cycle of failure, apology, promise to deliver and failure again and of course zero communication in between. Really, it’s just pathetic.

Apaiser, your operational processes, logistics, customer service and production capabilities are the worst I have ever seen in any business in Australia. Get some help or stop selling products you can’t deliver and for god sake sort out your quality control, it’s obviously broken. The founder and executive team should be thoroughly embarrassed to be associated with such a disorganised operation and find a way to improve product quality, delivery and customer service which is clearly not a priority.

My advice to buyers, firstly read the reviews!!….get a delivery guarantee with penalties before you do anything with them…..better still buy from someone else.

Paid a deposit on bath and basins from Apaiser 33 weeks ago as part of a renovation. After being told delivery would be 16 weeks we went about our renovations and roughed in for these new items. For the last 8 weeks I have been trying to get an update from both the Melbourne showroom and Greg Johnson the CEO. Despite numerous phone calls and emails we have been given no update and no timeline on when these items will be delivered, nor if they have even started manufacturing. We understand that Covid has caused some delays but it has been very clear that staff have no idea on the sourcing process or production schedule. If you need something on a deadline DO NOT use Apaiser. If you want clear and honest customer relations DO NOT use Apaiser. If you want to have a finished house with no bath or basins feel free to use Apaiser.
