Excellent Service. We’re looking for a specific size outdoor table top and found the best service. Ordered the size we needed and when it arrived and available for pickup staff member carried it to the car and placed on the back seat for us.

We purchased an amazing outdoor Shelta semi commercial large umbrella from Swan Street Sales and have had the best experience. From Paris, Mick to Tony - all who we dealt with have provided the highest level of customer service expected including sharing product specs, sourcing a discontinued model then a missing part - all in a very timely fashion, all friendly over the phone and on email and always too happy to help. We couldn't be happier with our umbrella (or the service) and will not hesitate to purchase from SSS again. Thanks all

Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Their website is so easy to navigate, especially compared to other carpet stores.
Instore they have an impressive range of rugs to choose from.
Judith is so friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable and gave us great service and fantastic advice. Choosing a rug was made easier in the knowledge that I was able to return and exchange it if I didn’t like how it looked or the size was wrong.
I appreciated Chris loading the rug into my car.

Brilliant service, range and prices. Couldn't be happier with our purchases today. Went in for 5 items and walked out with 10. We were looked after by Lachlan whose service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Great shopping experience and he also explained about their online store for future shopping and the ability to ship interstate.

Swan street sale's has been there for 30 yrs that I know of. It's a place that has stayed the same but changed. I had no intention of going inside but a fan got my attention and walked in. The fan was a blade less one and not a Dyson which means it's expensive but not Dyson stupid expensive. While inside I thought I would have a look and see what it had. It had some nice tables and butchers cutting blocks. And on the other side it was those nice white stone stand alone tubs that always reminded me of ancient Greece or Roman baths. And everything else that belongs in a bathroom and a of course a toilet. Personally I walked out with this nice small wooden box which I like. Places like that it's good to always drop in if you are looking to buy something for your house. Mainly because a lot of thing's come in and they don't really get big numbers and have them just sit there. There's always a chance for something good to show up. If you live in Richmond nothing is ever to far away plus it keeps those stores open and let's be honest, if you want to have those shopping strips and not have to go to a shopping centre or the city. Then the local community is the only ones who can guarantee that can happen. Shop local

I found the item I wanted on Market Place. Hubby and I attended the store. The variety of stock they sell is very impressive. The service was fantastic. They didn't sell another item we were looking for so they googled and found the item for us. Customer service like we haven't experienced in a long time. Keep up the good work .

I was redoing my husband’s garage as a surprise- we were trying to do it on a budget and had talked about using concrete paint. I saw the builders shed vinyl on the website for $12 a lineal metre. I’m in Adelaide so phoned the store, they were extremely helpful, made sure that I knew it could not be driven in or at least seldom, worked out the amount I needed after my fairly sketchy measurements, organised payment and delivery - in Adelaide in two days. I only had about 2 metres over from an order of 80 metres. Not bad at all. It’s very thin but it says that on the description- you have to be careful moving furniture around. My husband will be thrilled with it. Fantastic staff and fabulous service. Thanks.

I have recently had a need to consider an ensuite renovation and have no hesitation in recommending this organisation as a great place to start. I was fortunate to be served by Daniel, who has superior knowledge and some great design ideas too. He has been proactive and patient too - and very willing to assist my decision making by moving basins from one display to another so that I could see what type of combinations may work. This place is great, I am always finding what I am after. I went in looking for a vanity unit and came out with not only the vanity, wih advice on how to install the tap but also a unique dining table made out of recycled timber. All delivered yesterday with no problems.

Had a good experience with this shop, it is quite a large place in Richmond opposite luxury car dealer. Staffs were very attentive and happy to show you around. Bought a coffee table new but found defect, reached them over email and asked to being back for refund or exchange. Returned item today and no fuss or hussle at all.

There was a comment about staffs not helping customers and chatting at cashier, why don't you just call them for help?

Also to the person going to the store 10mins prior closing, what do u expect staffs to do when you go in so late? By the way I went in there at 12pm and left at 12:55pm, staffs were still happy to assist other customers closer to 1pm.

Great customer service on the phone to organise delivery. A super happy, friendly and helpful delivery driver and a really unique, beautifully crafted table that now receives plenty of compliments. 100% happy customer here.
