Excellent service and knowledge

I purchased an engagement ring in December. After presenting the ring my partner noticed a flaw in the surface, upon taking the ring back we were told there was no flaw in the stone and it was a natural inclusion in the stone. I still wasn't convinced this was the case and took it to a different jewellers for a second opinion. They identified a chip straight away. John still maintained there was nothing wrong with the gem, after which he hung up on me when I told him i was getting the stone polished through the other jeweller. Very rude and I wouldn't go to a jeweller that won't acknowledge an issue in a gem like that.

The most deplorable customer service ever..... enter this store at your own risk. They are all rude. I took a valuable bracelet in to be repaired and they misplaced it. No apology or reassurance not to panic, just blatant rudeness. I had to keep calling them to see if it had turned up. Can’t believe they are in business given the way they treat their customers
