Fletcher Jones Retail Store

A great shop in Ashburton with a very good range to choose from. I personally like Fletcher Jones clothes as they generally fit well and wear extremely well. This location is easy to get to and there is parking either in Main Street or streets off main High Street Road. Prices are generally a little more expensive but the quality is very good. I especially love wearing The Fletcher Jones Jeans as always look dressy and are extremely comfortable. Suits are also very good from this Store. Give them a try as you will not be disappointed.

Kurt is always a great help to me as I am tall and can not buy standard sizes.I have dealt with Fletcher Jones for years in Melbourne and Sydney.

Disappointing reception from the staff at Fletcher Jones.
Staff member had put a sign on the front of the shop saying "we'll be back at 12.3pm". However, there were clearly customers and staff inside the shop. After making enquiries, was told that the staff member was working alone and was about to have a mental breakdown, therefore decided to lock the front door to avoid having to deal with more customers.
I was not 'passing by' and had made a specific trip to visit this store after seeing other positive reviews. The whole experience was a bit odd.
Managers should investigate providing more support to this staff member so that he does not feel so overwhelmed, and the staff member should consider how he communicates with customers.

Went there for company uniform, if it wasn’t for the company uniform I would not even wear their brand for free. Outdated 80’s style, customer service is poor. It took over a month for tailoring a simple trousers !
