INTERSPORT Gateway

I just purchased a couple of items from this store and had to leave a review. The young lady who served me (I didn't catch her name unfortunately, young girl with short blonde hair) was very friendly helpful and was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. Excellent service and range of products.

The best service I have ever experienced from a major retailer. Numerous phone calls back and forth and between the store and warehouse nothing was ever a problem, very happy with my purchase and experience dealing with Intersport Gateway

The young lady that helped us today at Intersports- Palmerston Gateway NT, MacKenzie (apologies if incorrectly spelt), an absolutely legend. Awesome customer service, kept patient with my extremely fussy 8year old. Your one in a million. Thank you so much

Just had the best experience shoe shopping! I didn't the worker's name, but she was understanding ,patient & her customer service was outstanding. I left with a great pair of shoes within my budget & extremely happy! Thank you! I'll be back :)

Made a online order on the 17th of July i placed a online order, a lady at Intersports Palmerston helped me with a issue and was great in general about it, she went above and beyond and her service was nice and appreciated, more so my order got her earlier today, it's the 19th now, Cheers lady and Intersport Gateway, and Cas cos my slides came from Cas.

Wonderful staff, had to try on multiple pair of shoes as didn't know size and had awkward feet shape. They never got annoyed with my questions and gave me the black Friday discount a hour early which made my day.

Great customer service. I was in there only minutes until asked if I needed a hand whilst browsing. The first young lad couldn't help with my request so got the manager.
Manager was pleasant, non pushy, didn't push the sale & very easy going.
As an ex retail employee this is how customer service should be. Definitely recommend & will be back.

New experience for me today . I took the kids to the Palmerston NT store for school shoes and it was bright, busy and noisy and my 7 year old autistic son wasn't coping well. A lady there approached me and quietly asked to speak to me and I'm thinking " not today Satan."....and was pleasantly surprised when she said she could see my child was feeling overwhelmed and would it help to turn down the music?
I could have hugged her. I'm so used to dirty looks and muttered comments, so being seen, and acknowledged was a whole new thing for us on our autism journey.
Left me feeling all the warm fuzzies.
The prices were great, the customer service top notch and I highly reccomend them and will shop there again.
