What a fantastic experience at the Braybrook store. Akima was so patient and answered all my questions despite my three little kiddos running around. I was able to find the right mattress for my son that will suit him from now (8yo) till his young adulthood. It's so comfy and supportive that I am planning to go back there again when I change my own mattress!

Super straightforward, great range, great prices. Over the years we have bought a few mattresses from this chain, all different price points and softness levels and we're happy with all of them. You get straightforward advice about the different features so its easy to make your selection, and the prices are extremely reasonable.

this one offers genuine value .
( clearance prices are really wholesale prices , something rare in the mattress world )

I’ve purchased all my mattresses from this terrific store since moving to the area 20 years ago. Love their mattresses and the fact they are all made in Australia. Staff are always excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this family owned business for excellent quality mattresses.

Great variety of products in the showroom to test out to find the perfect mattress for yourself. Couldn't be happier with mine, best mattress I have ever had. Floor staff and delivery men were also great to deal with, highly recommended.

Amazing service, friendly staff. Very accommodating. I brought a bed, pillows and other bedding items here almost 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier, I did a shop around prior to purchase and their prices prices were the best. The quality of the bed is amazing, still sleeping like a baby. The knowledge on there items and how to keep the bed as new was very helpful. Just today I went back to get more bedding items & the service is still as great as it was 3 years ago, I could of easily gone to a retailer to purchase what I needed but I am glad I didn’t because they were helpful and their prices amazing. Big thanks to Oskar who was extremely helpful with my purchase today. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service, all very friendly staff. Oskar was very knowledgeable; understood our needs and was able to recommend high quality beds for my teenage boys which they have been sleeping very soundly on now for the past few weeks! Second time buying from this store and would highly recommend not only for quality and service, but very reasonably priced as well.

I looked around at a few different mattresses as there are plenty of options out there, but I was impressed by the Cloud 9 Classic Comfort mattress by Chiropedic.

Delivery was on schedule and so far the mattress has been great. I usually sleep on my side and I find the firmness of this mattress to be just right for me. Even when I lay on my back I can feel the mattress supporting my lower back and I’m waking up feeling better than I did with my old mattress. My job is quite physical so this is obviously important to me and I’d certainly recommend the mattress to anyone considering to buy it.

The service was quick and professional at the store on Ballarat road in Braybrook, however, two days after I purchased the mattress its price was reduced by a further $375. Naturally I was frustrated by this, but Chiropedic informed me that they have a 30 Day Best Price Promise - this means that they will refund me the difference in price.

All in all I would certainly recommend Chiropedic for your bedding needs. The Cloud 9 Classic Comfort mattress is an excellent choice for side sleepers and it has great back support. Thank you!

I have been going to this mattress factory for years. They always give good advice in person or by telephone about their products. Costs of delivery are good and they deliver as promised.
