Such an amazing shop ... girls who love baking will definately love their products... need to search a bit for vegan and halal stuff but everything other than edibles include party stuff I.e .. from table ware to decorating stuff...

I really love this shop! They have a great range of products (baking supplies, partyware, lollies, toys, costumes and all sorts of knick knacks, including really cool fidget and squishy toys!) and I am always excited to check out what's new there. Customer service is friendly and helpful, they respond quite promptly to queries sent through facebook! The only negative I can think of at the moment, is that they close too early, I wish the trading hours were longer!

I really do love this shop! You name it, they sell it! Basically, a $2 shop meets party shop. Very good prices whilst having a huge variety of goods too. The baking/cake decorating aisle is an absolute dream for us who like to bake and get creative with our desserts. You won't leave empty handed going for a browse in there!

I think it's the best shop in the whole of the western suburbs. The staff are friendly all the time and very helpful. You can buy practically anything from there. I have just ordered my helium Western Bulldogs balloons for pick up Saturday. And now just bought my streamers and tape to decorate my home.

This place is my favourite. I always go for a couple of things but end up buying half the shop. It's affordable and the staff are just so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend it for all your costume needs, party needs, balloons, florals, arts and craft, cake supplies and much more!

The BEST customer service from a small business I have ever experienced!
Recently I put through a few orders here and they were all processed pretty fast. Although they shipped me a wrong item (a piping tip) twice 😅, they tried their best to fix it and get me the correct item. They were willing to the shipping fee in the first time even though it was just a 2 buck piping nozzle. Unfortunately, this time it was still not the piping tip I need (I really felt sorry about this). However, when I said I really need this tip, and was even happy to come exchange in person, they offered to drop off the item for me (my house is extremely far from their store) because Xmas is right at the corner and they're afraid that I have to wait too long to get it through post.
Perhaps some ppl may get mad over these stuff but for me, attitude is all that matters, and I cannot complain even the least bit about their attitude and customer service. Not to mention that their price and product range are almost unbeatable.
Highly recommend!

It's a great place to go,for party things and crafts. Good for kitchen ware,staff are friendly. I also like to say that it's a shame that Woolworths as closed down as be gone now for about 3 to 4 weeks ,miss going there .

Definitely worth a shop at, has everything you could need from cake decorating and baking to cleaning and crafts aswell as toys and frames aswell as balloons and inflating, it has everything! And the girls are so lovely and helpful! Highly recommend stopping in!

I had an amazing experience while buying the helium balloons and it was amazing due to the service offered by their staff Sharon who went out of the way to help me. She suggested what type of balloons to buy and how long will they last and made it extra special by making a fabulous bundle for me.
She was very friendly and kind and really easy to deal with. Will defintely buy all my future party supllies from this shop only.

I've always been fond of this shop at their store located on Elizabeth Street, but after coming here to this one in Braybrook... Wow!! It's like 20 times the size of the one in the CBD and it has EVERYTHING. For every small section they had at their Elizabeth St store, which was all neatly organised into categories as you browsed up and down the isles... this store was almost out of control with the amount of stock that there was available for each of the categories that would get a small portion of each isle in the city store. However, HERE, I was in awe. These same categories (i.e. costumes, tools, crafting, party supplies - pretty much you name it, they've got it. But not only have they got it all.... but they each have their own isles for each categorised section.... maybe even 2 isles for some more popular and in demand items. And the isles are so LONG. They just keep going and going. Hands down, my absolute new favourite store!!! I do feel as though everything is priced a little cheaper in the CBD - Yet this could also just have something to do with the fact that I probably purchased more at this one because I had more things I didn't know I even needed until I was in the store. So don't quote me on that price difference as I think I just bought a lot more. One last thing, for everything I paid for and all that I got from there; it was great value for money. Great quality and quality. I love love love!! This Shop !

Fantastic for anyone thinking of throwing a party. Great selection of catering accessories and professional level cake making stuff. Massive balloon filling operation.

Ordered a bunch of items in ILTS's online store for my daughter's 7th birthday party, some of which weren't initially available. They offered to hold off shipping the order until their supplier had delivered the missing items, and then express ship at no extra cost. They did as promised and when that shipment accidentally ended up with another customer in QLD instead of NSW, they scrambled to get it to me with a couple of days to spare before the big event. Communication throughout the whole process was flawless, customer service was above and beyond, and I'm sure it would have been easier and, by the time my items traversed the country on express, cheaper for them to simply cancel and refund my order, but they were committed to fulfilling it. I'm hugely impressed, this will be my go-to store for future parties and events.

This shop is great because you will find everything you need. They have competitive prices in comparison to others similar stores. The store is always clean and organised.The owner is super kind and I think that makes a difference in business
