A miscommunication about gift wrapping led me to this charming store. Even though I’d mistakenly thought that gift wrapping was a seperate service, the staff were very helpful. I was doing a last minute delivery to a co-worker for their birthday. Though the store doesn’t sell keyboards and mice they do an excellent job wrapping them.

A great store to stumble upon that I’m just about to share with my family.

Beautiful collection of European homewares that are hard to find in Australia. Found the perfect unique gift made in a British pottery. Shipping was quick. Needed to contact them, customer service exceeded expectations. Really happy, would order again and can absolutely recommend.

It's only when something goes wrong that you really get to test a store's customer service. I had an online order arrive damaged, and their handling of that was perfect — prompt, courteous, constructive.
