Awesome service. Arrived from interstate within a week. The Chinese carby looked like an original part, fit the Honda brushcutter ike an original part and runs just as well for a fraction of a original parts cost.

Shaun From Carby Doctor was extremely helpful. He gave me good advice to help prolong the life of my concrete saw. I then had some issues installing the head due to my lack of experience and damaged the Piston Rings. I asked Shaun if he could send me an invoice for some new ones and he’s response was a very unexpected surprise. He was kind enough to send me a new set of Piston rings, a ring compresser and postage for no extra cost. I have the upmost respect for Shaun from Carby doctor for this act of kindness.
