Amazing staff! They are very helpful in choosing something just right for you (or a loved one/gift) from the wide range of beautiful, good quality jewellery.
Staff are also very knowledgeable about the semi-precious stones set in their silvery jewellery too.

This week I lost a ruby out of an old ring. Sam did a great job replacing and repairing it. It's even better than it was originally. I highly recommend this local jeweler who doesn't charge the earth.

I had a silver topaz & triquetra ring resized here and the friendly staff did a marvelous job!

An interesting place with many lovely items for sale.

Unfortunately my experiences here have been appalling and unprofessional. They ruined one piece and damaged another.

I took in several pieces for repairs and strongly recomend you never entrust your repairs or jewelry to the house jeweller. I don't believe I was meant to see the work he completed, as staff believed it to be below par.

But I did and it was a butchering. They then took a further 2 weeks to fix the problem, they told me they had thrown away my sapphire by mistake (later found).

When I finally picked up goods there were still issues. My sapphire was damaged and not clean. My original fine chains were replaced for bigger ones and a ring asked for reset was childish ruined and unwearable (they gifted me an inexpensive replacement).

I was then expected to pay full price and had to argue for a reduction. The staff are lovely but the jeweler is amateur at best. I'm gutted by the work they did.

I recently went n sold gold jewellery I don't want anymore. Sadly I was ripped off. Overwhelmed n not having done this before, it was my fault for accepting the price he gave me, but it's the dishonesty of Sam that's disappointing. I was given a place to go to sell my gold but at the time was convienant selling it here. Sam told me me the place I was going, their page was out dated. I rang them a few days later n they told me their page is updated every day. Now Sam didn't know where I was going to go to, so he didn't know who I was talking about anyway, & he told me a gold chain that was 18ct was 9ct, which it was 18ct cause I had 2 other jewellers look at it. Then that worked out that he ripped me off $30 a gram for that 18ct, $5 or so a gram for 9ct, & $20 a gram for a 22ct gold cross I had compared to what the price of gold was worth on that day I sold my gold to him. So over all, I am very dissapointed I went through with what he offered me n very dissapointed he is very dishonest. I wouldn't go there again n certainly wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Took my Grandmothers 18ct gold ring with diamonds to be repaired and got it back.....
3 sizes too small and no 18ct stamp on it!!!! Worst stressful experience EVER, DO NOT GO THERE FOR JEWELLERY REPAIRS! 🤬
