We had recently purchased land at Cloverton Stockland. The whole process was very easy and convenient. I would like to specially call out that Jason Hynek has been exceptionally good at making whole process flawless. there is only 1 exit and 1.5 hr traffic in the morning to go out of the estate(which should be 3 min)
All the projects they promissed delayed for months( dwyer st extension more than a year, shopping center, another exit...

They only try to release and sell land.

One of the best developments in north of Melbourne. I bought 2 different parcels of land through Jason in the sales office. The experience was good and he regularly communicates via emails and messages regarding updates and any issues. Which is different to other developments I dealt with before. Once the Colverton Boulevard is open the traffic congestion can ease off. Otherwise the development itself is really good now after new paly grounds, bike tracks, schools etc.
