Kent Removals & Storage Newcastle

I’ve used Kent Removals twice now. Once their Sydney team, and now the guys, and girls, from Newcastle.
From meeting with Matt for the quote, through to the “big move” by Rick and his team, never was there any drama or disappointment. We got the whole package, from packing to delivery. Everyone in the team knew what to do, packaged everything carefully - total professionals.
Nothing was broken - and over the 3 days, Rick and his team were polite and punctual.
I hope we don’t have to move again for a while, but if we were, we’d use Kent.

We used Kent removals from Newcastle to pack our stuff and ship it to the UK. They were fantastic. Great sales Rep - Dillon and the crew who did the uplift were really great. We had a super steep driveway and they had to ferry all of our gear down to the container. Not one moan from anybody. In fact they seemed to enjoy the challenge. All of our gear was really well wrapped and it all arrived in the UK in great condition.

Luke and his crew were sensational - powered through the uplift - we had over 200 boxes and furniture - great service - taking great care of our items, really efficient and working their magic in packing our possessions into two containers. I've used Kent before on an interstate move and was very pleased with the experience so I was expecting the same when performing an interstate move from Newcastle to Melbourne. All the people I dealt with were excellent, friendly, and professional right from the estimator, the move manager, and crews on both ends. Special thanks to David, Darren and Liam in Newcastle and Brendon and Jake in Melbourne for their hard work, professional, efficient and friendly approach.

Fantastic experience with Kent and their staff in Newcastle. Nothing was too much of a problem, the removalists were very polite, well mannered and courteous, even after a massive 12 hour day and the sales rep was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend them more highly.

Graham, Rick and Dillon were on time and exceptional in helping us move. They were very down to earth, professional, friendly and helpful. Would recommend Kent to anyone wanting to move.

The service was quite good. I was using this small job as a test for when we have our major move/s in the near future. I'm happy to say we will be using Kent. I used Grace Bros last time and I'm sure that I'll never use them again due to broken promises, and poor service with our washing machine.

I all went without a hitch, and all my goods were delivered to my new address on time and in good condition. The delivery crew were very helpful. I even got assistance with a quick solution on how to connect up my washing machine. Well done.

Great move with Kent from Queanbeyan to Tura Beach. Move started and finished in a timely fashion. Crew were friendly and experienced. No items lost or damaged. Storage over weekend and extra day at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Just wanted to say the move so far has been so smooth.
The packers were like ants working away the whole time they were here, pleasant but professional.
The 3 guys who loaded the container yesterday were a breath of fresh air who appeared to be on a constant athletics course.
They laughed and talked to each other constantly and noted was the fact that we never heard a wrong word or a swear word from this group of young men. True gents they were.
Of course Dillon, it was a pleasure dealing with you young man.
We’d certainly recommend ‘Kent’ to anyone considering a move interstate or overseas.
Let’s just hope now the container doesn’t drop in the ocean 🤣🤣

My goods were collected and arrived on the due dates and times, it was efficient and nothing was damaged.
