I have been disappointed with this clinic in the past. I complained to 1 doctor for nearly a year. I then ended up in hospital dying for nearly 4 months. The same thing happened this year.
If you have complex medical needs, I would not recommend going to this clinic.
Dr Menzies is great, and fantastic at taking blood, as I am a very difficult individual to get blood from.

Absolutely terrible clinic. I've been several times and each time I am appalled of the experience in different ways. The Dr I saw most recently for my 2 year old son, literally googled my inquiries about my concerns, yes literally into the Google search engine, not even a reputable medical site. And offered no additional insight. It was only after requesting to be referred to a pediatrician I finally got the required referral. Don't go here if you have complex medical needs.

After three visits over two months, I have become utterly appalled at the lack of services available in the country. This clinic mainly uses locums who find it difficult to keep up or understand my complex history of pain relief due chronic arthritis and Complex PTSD. My medical needs were not met by the staff. They had over a month to obtain the ‘authorities’ from the government for prescribing Endone and Targin on an ongoing basis. They are both opiates that you need authority from the government to keep prescribing. They didn’t get them and the locum who saw me at my last appointment, who was possibly from Chile, could not understand English enough to read the records supplied. I am forced to travel back to Camberwell in Melbourne (a two hour trip) to get the medical assistance I require.
I would not recommend being ill in Camperdown (!) and suggest going elsewhere for your medical needs. This clinic was appalling.
