Campbelltown Mall Medical Centre

We have been seeing Dr John Nunag for sometime now and I can honestly vouch that this doctor is very thorough and gives you his time to explain your medical condition or what you're there for, or any procedure that you're about to undergo. We're very grateful that we've found DrJohn Nunag and grateful that his practice is nearby.
Will not hesitate to recommend Dr. John to anyone who's looking for a family doctor who is caring and very patient and understanding.

The best medical centre available in the area! They work very hard and very well considering their constant extensive work load. The doctors take their time and listen and don’t make you feel like your being rushed out to clear the queue. Dr. Zhanna is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a few years and she really goes above and beyond for her clients!

I have been going to the Nexus Healthcare group for as long as I can remember and always ended up with a doctor who would rush me or seem disinterested but a few years ago I started seeing Dr Prasad at Campbelltown Mall and he has been amazing! He's so supportive, shows genuine concern, and takes his time to find out what's happening and actually action it! One in a million. 😊

Also the receptionist are great, I do think they are under the pump quite a bit but they're both very lovely. 😊

This is one of the best medical centres in the area. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and after moving I continue to still travel here to see the great doctors at this centre. The reception staff are amazing and always willing to help patients.

There is so many negative reviews on this place but I had a great experience here. On Monday at work I sliced my finger open with a scalpel and was refused medical attention but after an hour I was finally allowed to go to a doctor this was the closest one to my work so I ended up here. As I approached the receptionists they were very friendly. I mentioned to the receptionists what had happened and they said I would be seen by the nurse first instead. I was called in about half an hour by Mary who was lovely. She was very polite, caring towards me and gentle while she treated my finger and gave me a tetnas shot. I was also consulted by Dr Kelvin Hon who was incredibly friendly and caring he showed that he really cared about what I had been through with the trouble with my work place and he showed great concern about my wellbeing and helped me with filling out work cover forms as it needed to be treated as a needle stick injury. Everyone helped so much and made sure I was okay and explained everything so well. I am very impressed probably the best GP I have been to. Thank you so much guys!

The receptionist faxed all my referral and medical report to specialist and booked me appointment in a week.

I cannot praise Dr John Nunag enough. I travel all the way from the Southern Highlands just because he is so thorough.
Dr Nunag has been my doctor for 4 years and I am so greatful that I have been given the medical care and attention that I have yet been able to find from anyone else since leaving Sydney 6 years ago! He goes above and beyond and never fails to provide oustanding medical treatment for me and my family. I
n my opinion he is an asset to any clinic and I cannot imagine anyone having a less than satifactory experience!! Thank you Dr Nunag and the reception staff at the Campbelltown Mall Medical Centre I will continue to travel for the medical attention and patient care I receive at yout clinic.

Georgia not sure if that is spelt right but it is the receptionist that works on Sunday is excellent at customer service Georgia greets you in a very warm welcoming way , keeps you informed on wait time and ensures you get to see a doctor. Very Impressed.

Best place i have ever been to even better than the sushi shop there. Patients are very well treated and the best doctor is dr. Patrick,and the best nurse ever is Nurse Lubna.

One of the most professional doctors I have come across in 68 years. Doesn't try to hurry you up. Knows what he's talking about, and takes the trouble to listen

Yes the wait can be a bit long for walk in patients but the doctors are very skilled and caring

Changed my review because my doctor Moshena is amazing and very compassionate. The receptionists do a great job too and deal with alot of patients trying to push in to be seen early which can't be easy. 4 stars only for the amount of seating, if any at times and the wait times can be very long. Other than that it's a pretty good place to come.

I've been to a couple of medical centres in Campbelltown in the last 10 years or so and having gone to CMMC as an emergency on a Monday morning filled with dread, I must say I was quite impressed. Reception staff were cordial and helpful. I saw them being very helpful to elderly patients which was lovely. The doctor was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and I didn't feel like I was rushed and treated like a nuisance as I have been at other medical centres close by.

Waiting time was to bad. And the admin staff where lovely. Dr was great with my daughter
