Latitude one is designed as an over 55 lifestyle resort. We moved in 2 years ago and love all aspects of our new life. We are in our early 60's, very social so it suits the way we want to live in our retirement. You can do as much as you want or as little as you want. We have made many new friends in all age brackets since moving in to our brand new home . We appreciate all the hard work the sales team and resort management have put on to allow us to enjoy this lifestyle. Looking forward to many more years enjoying our new lifestyle.

From the moment we met Sheree we knew we had found a trustworthy and caring individual to guide us through our purchase in Latitude One. Ingenia has created an oasis out of a disused sand quarry, taking great care of the environment throughout the process. Indeed we have several koala sanctuary volunteers resident here who have chosen to make Latitude One their home. A large proportion of the residents are indeed locals who have lived in the Bay for many years and watched as this wonderful community has grown. We feel safe, secure and valued here and we are well looked after by the friendly staff. Sheree continues to take an interest in us long after her job is done as she treats us all as her family. Well done Sheree, Ingenia and the entire Latitude One team.

Latitude one what a great place to call home, unless you live here how could you possibly know what you are taking about, you could never understand the community of latitude one, and the fun and wonderful spirit and feel of the community and people in it unless you have lived here, which my husband Jeff and I have for over a year and a half.
You can be as involved and uninvolved as you wish, you can choose to go to the movies in our cinema, meet up with friends and have a laugh and enjoy company at the clubhouse, have a BBQ, meet and have drinks or coffee on the pontoon, or any of our great decks or out door areas, catch-up in the indoor or outdoor pool, play a game of bowls, which ever takes you fancy. We have wonderful walks all around the area in our community , you can walk down to the market garden , and pick and collect fresh produce, collect the eggs from our own rescued hens. We are 5 - 10 minutes from some of Ports Stephens 27 wonderful bays and beautiful beaches. So if you are over 55 and are looking for a carefree environment to spend the rest of your time come and have a look. The staff are great friendly people the sales team we dealt with were nothing but helpful, Sheree Richardson and Amy, what can I say they were terrific. The Management staff also great, along with the ground staff. So to the people with all your negative comments make sure you know what your are talking about before your past judgment on anyone or anything and have your facts correct. Five Star for sure ***** love living here

We've been here 8 mths & we can honestly say that it was the best decision we have made. Living at beautiful Latitude One is like living on a cruise ship. We can do as much as we like , because there's so many activities here or as little as we want. The best is that we can go home to a beautiful brand new home & not a cabin.
Never had a problem with management or any of the employees & we have made friends with some really lovely people.

Sheree has gone way beyond her role in sales to assist in anyway she can.

As for being near beach, 5 mins drive and less than 15 to many more.

Plus 1 hour to Hunter Valley

Being hot place to live , all homes are well insulated and with reverse cycle aircon and ceiling fans, costs nothing to run, every home has solar panels, some of us get credit back from electricity supplier.

Destroying koala habitat, do you know what was here before development? Sand mine.
We have our own thriving colony of Koalas.
Numerous other native wildlife seek sanctuary here as well. As well as native orchids, may I add.

A number of residents still work or volunteer in the local community.

All staff here are so friendly, management and grounds staff.

You can be involved in community activities as you wish.

Bowls group, sailing group on our lake (R/C controlled that is), art group and various other crafts.

Great location, less than hour to two of the best hospitals in NSW, John Hunter and Mater.

Latitude One is a wonderful place to live. My husband Neil and I moved in over 9 months ago and we cannot speak highly enough about the efficiency and friendliness of Sheree, Amy and the sales team. Due to COVID-19 restrictions management were very understanding going out of their way to fast track completion of our home. We feel very fortunate to be living here and there is so much to offer. Every week there is lots to participate in. Some are growing fresh produce and collecting eggs at our community garden, attending exercise classes, card making and happy hour with others. A community mens shed is available and ladies can meet up for coffee to have a chat. Management and staff go to extreme lengths to ensure we have events on regularly so there is always plenty of things to do. We believe we live in a beautiful community with likeminded friendly people who are always there when you need them.

Jack & I moved into this wonderful community 7 weeks ago, everyone is so friendly & helpful, we absolutely adore our home, thankyou to Sheree for making this all happen.
We feel we have found another paradise, & after living in beautiful Noosa for 8 yrs, who would have thought, but there is so much to do here & be involved in as well, we adore the gym, pool & social get togethers.

Sheree is nothing short of amazing.

From the day I met Sheree she has been professional, caring and will go above and beyond for all of her clients.

I would have no troubles recommending Sheree and Latitude One to all.

This is a terrible place, the residents act as if they are in a cult. Stay away, very freaky. Don't go out at night. I am worried for my wellbeing. Witchcraft is being practiced here. Two star's because it had a nice view.

No beach. You should probably know this before you buy a house here. Those ads are a bit misleading.

Absolutely terrible service,

Sheree lacks total customer service as she hasn't replied to either my countless emails or calls. Not to mention the disgusting way Latitude One is treating the environment with constant and brutal deforestation, that is not just affecting the environment, but more importantly one of the most iconic, endangered Australian animals. The Koala. Do not invest into this retirement resort.

Poor service.
I have sent an email inquiry to the resort over a week ago and have attempted to call Sheree 3 times within the opening hours of the site and have still not heard back. Marketing team are not doing their job.

Koalas are dying from deforestation, Sheree needs to stop cutting down trees. Very disapointed
