Great place to come and relax, play on the water, go for a hike, 4x4 down to the beach, explore the area. Campsite was very wet when we got there but dried up when the sun came out. Prepare for wetter environment and you should be good. Our neighbours were great and we will definitely be back.

Excellent campsite. Fishing, kayaking, walking and relaxing.
We also set up an RC yacht racing course in the river.
Never seen a kangaroo swimming before!

Great camping location, inlet river system from the beach. Nice grassed areas, permanent tables and fireplaces. Long drop toilets. Locations both sides of the river. Book via Parks Victoria.

Spot 17 has extra room, larger than the other spots. Good size for a 18 foot van. Telstra reception is a little spotty. Good spot for a couple of days, no fish caught unfortunately.

had a lot of fun here, the toilets could do with a sewarage service, but everything else was fab. Even got to see some of the resident koalas

Awesome place to camp, provided it's empty. Quite wet in winters.

Lovely campsite. Clean and flat. There's communal fire pits. Bathrooms were a bit average but not horrible.

It is a 2km trip to the beach. So parents with kids might want to factor that in.

Most people were pleasant and quiet except for the last night where idiots wanted to throw a rave until late. But thankfully the turn of weather shut them up.

Rangers come through in the morning. Probably need to come past a night.

A great place to camp with access to Victoria's rugged coastline. Ample space in most camp sites with some sheltered and others more exposed to the wind which when blowing generally comes off the ocean.

One of our favourite campsites in a three week roadtrip. Great star gazing, nice short walks, very peaceful

Perfect place for camping, fair prices and had better toilets than other camping drop ones. Spacious and lovely environment.

Ocean, river, lake.... all in one spot! Simply amazing camping grounds. Drop toilets clean. Late January, not many insects, no mozzies, only a few flies. Sand road easy drive in. No pets. Shared camp fires only. Easy access to water for water sports. Great fishing locations. 25 min walk to beach from bridge. 4WD only

nice camp ground. a lot of young people partying however so if you don't like noise until late maybe try the east side (11pm to 12am was when it quieted down). camp sites were a bit small, our site was number 15, we barely fit an 8 man tent and 2 cars, so not too too small. there is a road to the beach which is only accessible via 4wd, we walked the track and the beach looked lovely so would recommend visiting. there are communal fire pits which are in good positions.

Peaceful place during non-peak season. With lots of wild animals like koalas, wallaby, cows, sheep and many birds.
